They were a great service until they quit drying cars at 2 or more of the clubs in Columbia when you went through for wash only.

I appreciated it when you had the detail shop on the south side of town. Now I have to drive across town to get it done. Not convenient for customers on south side. I have two monthly memberships. Always had good service. I would suggest taking a customer servey before making significant changes. Thanks

Closing sandman was or will be a huge loss if it doesn’t return as full service….the mall location for full service is a joke and requires 30 miles of driving to get my three cars full service versus 6 previously. Cars could get a lot dryer at all locations. The south side is sans a decent location now.

The best ones are the ones on Scott Blvd. and Grindstone Pkwy. The one by the Mall has no vacuums or a place to dry your car. Thats a waste.
I used to be a loyal club carwash member. I even bought the monthly membership to use, and I use it frequently. I drink a nice Volkswagen that’s maybe a few years old. My experience with the company drastically changed 08/28/2022. I went through the carwash at 2300 W Worley St in Columbia MO. I used my monthly membership for the “Elite” package and I had good service. After the wash I regularly inspect my car for damage. Unfortunately, a large chunk of my paint on my hood had been removed. I immediately went back to the carwash and even called customer service to see what to do. She said to just go back and report it. I waited a few days and I got an email with almost nothing of value besides it saying “After reviewing your claim, we have concluded that we are not responsible for the markings to your vehicle.” After receiving this troubling news, I immediately called the claims specialist Caleb Flanagan to review why they concluded it. After 30 minutes, he said that since the video footage didn’t see the damage on my wet car (that’s blackin the tunnel they don’t know when it happened and that I took over an hour to report the damage. A sign clearly says in the wash tunnel I have 24 hours to report damage. After refusing to change his mind, and him deeming the matter resolved, I requested to speak to a supervisor. He said his decision was final and that it must be reviewed by superiors if I want it changed. I went to get an estimate for the damage (the paint missing is about the size of a quarter, maybe largerand it is roughly $1100. Caleb said I am at fault entirely since I took over an hour to report the damage and since they couldn’t see it on my car. The kicker to this “evidence” they have to try and claim I’m liable is a horrible quality video. The video is of such poor quality that you can even read the signs on the wall stating that I have 24 hours to report damage. The camera quality is so bad you can’t even tell my car is wet. Seems that this is done on purpose. I have since emailed Caleb back and said I am formerly requesting to escalate this matter to his superiors and have yet to hear anything. I will exercise my rights to get this matter settled in other ways, if Club refuses to seek responsibility. do NOT leave any club without inspecting your car with a fine tooth comb and before and after pictures each time, otherwise you’ll be stuck with potentially thousands in damages and an uncooperative company.
Great service and just an overall job well done. Streamlined and efficient process. My one small critique is that its not easy or at least unclear as to how to tip the staff for someone who doesnt carry cash very often. If there is an easy way it wasnt made clear in the beginning of the process but I would love to be able to show the hard working staff more appreciation with a generous tip!
Dont get me wrong, they do a great job cleaning your car *however* the owners do not believe in self inviolability of their employees. They require employees to cover up any and all tattoos they may have (even ones which have no offensive contentto where if an employee has an arm tattoo they need to wear long sleeves, regardless of the heat of the day, and lets face it, Missouri weather can get very hot and humid.If they were to stop controlling and regulating their employees bodies, I would give them a five star review. As it stands though, its discrimination to put those regulations on another humans body. Most of the employees are younger kids just trying to make a paycheck and shouldnt have to deal with discrimination in order to hold a job.

My first visit to Club Car Wash. Staff fully explained packages and services. As a Veteran, I inquired about military/veteran discount. Staffs reply, "absolutely, thank you for your service".Wash was great, looks really good. Keep up the great work.
Do not value business. Been washing my three vehicles there for ten years. Had an issue. They offered resolution, of free washes, I accepted. Every time I went to use car wash, attendants would say you do not have any free washes. Each time it took 15-20 to have people all me to me even enter car wash. Tried to have no washes issue resolved every time, to no avail. Free Time period runs out without hardly any uses because of problems. Do they make it right? NO! What must a customer do? Cancel all three memberships. A little math 120/month 12 months ten years $14400 loss in revenue. Well Done!!
Excellent service!! Good deal on Tuesday and the monthly package is a nice deal too... They even hand dry your car after.
The Nifong location is a little tricky to get into easily, but this was some top notch service! Not saying the other locations are great, but they really one upped!
Corporate told me the only detailing they do is “use a wet rag”. Um? No Meguiar’s? What’s the point of detailing with water and a rag? Was going to go here but not anymore.
Went to car wash in Columbia on Providence last night and ran through car wash. There was soap left all over side mirrors and hard water spots on hood that we ask if they would come clean they assured us it would. So we went back to go back through and told a guy there was soap still all over mirrors and spots still on hood he said it sometimes doesn’t get all the nooks and crannies. We said the mirrors aren’t nooks and crannies. He gave us a towel to wipe off but would not let us run back through. Who wants soap all over your mirrors. Very unprofessional!!
An okay job. The floor is nice and clean but they smeared my wind shield a bit. An alright service for cheap.
Love cleaning my car. Love their vacuums. Love the free towels. Love my monthly subscription. Keeps my car clean even when it rains. Did I mention I love this place? 😁
This was the best experience I have ever had at a car wash! I am so impressed with the detail and the price! Everyone was very friendly! They took their time on my car and really did a quality job! Abel was the best!! I will return when I am back from Nashville!!
Club Carwash should be embarrassed to have their name on this location. Half the vacuums don’t work but aren’t marked. The dryers are so bad you have a worker wiping down your windows with dirty clothes and the parking lot is full of pot holes with water so as soon as you leave your going to have dirt splashed on your car. Not every Club Carwash has same quality control apparently. Thankfully I have a new one close home or Id cancel my monthly subscription.
It doesnt get any better. Enough said. Great prices with an even better wash. The guys are always friendly, fast and efficient.
It did not clean the back of my car, was still covered in dust/dirt. Wheels and Tires were moderately washed, but could have been better. Soap was left on my vehicle. Would not recommend. (I got the $14 middle wash)
They were ok, but should not rush, had missing spots to be vacuumed and wipe down... i gave $20.00 as tips, but seeing my car not done right was alittle disappointing ... i think they can do much better if they stop rushing to go to next customer vehicle and let go oursquickly...
Now club carwash. I am a member of their black and gold club. It is wonderful. My car stays clean. I am a little upset that they can not currently do detailing at this time because they are very detail oriented.
So I called Sunday morning July 12th to the head office to see if they doing inside and outside cars was told yes get all the way to location off Nifong and they not after all and I already pay a membership fee a month and got told wrong information to drive way in town . Understand what’s going on with covid but communication with company needs to be better to their employees.
If you want your car clean this whole s the place to go. Their equipment is too notch, the staff friendly, there is little wait time, and you are through in under 10 minutes. Perhaps the best place to wash your car.
I really do like their car wash. Their system is well thought out and organized. Even on business days, they are steady and the wait isnt that long. They have everything they need for your car wash and they are very professional and they have great customer service, but there is one problem. This is the only reason why I wont give a 5 star rating. The product they use for tire shine. They put on way too much. It you dont wipe your tires, it will be on your doors, side mirror and rear fender. Im hope they will fix this issue.

Every time I go there I am amazed by great customer service. I usually have a dirty car with mud and dog hair from two massive dogs (a malamute and a doberman). The employees that clean my car take their time to clean the entire inside of your vehicle. They don’t do a rush job, and they’re usually having a fun time jamming out to music in the garage. The waiting area is always nice and clean, with complementary Starbucks.I leave there with a sparkling car inside and out and for only $24!!! ($34 if we consider tip for the dog hair and dirt)! If you want a clean car, take it to Tiger Express, and always make sure to tip the employees well!
Im not sure a car wash is worth $14, but in this instance it was worth it. We had been driving our Nissan Murano on gravel roads in wet conditions, so it was pretty nasty. The prewash and automated wash at Tiger Express cleaned the rig up quite nicely.
Just came through this place and the automated wash ripped the antenna cover off of my car!!! I came back in and they are acting nonchalant and won’t really go look for it saying they couldn’t find it! Please don’t come to this car wash. They will destroy your brand new car!!!
If you have alot of money and you want to be separated from it unjustly, get a car wash at this place. I heard the price for a single wash and it was around 5 dollars less than the unlimited wash per month offer. I have been through the automatic, with touching, wash before and I would not pay 1 dollar for a lifetime of free washes. You see, in order for a car wash to occur, the car has to actually be washed. One last thing, if anyone who has ever worked for me, a significant amount of people, rolled their eyes at a customer who didnt agree with our pricing, I would make sure they worked in a no customer contact position
I frequent this place quite often. Free vacuums as well as a quality washing simply cant be beat. Prices are very reasonable and Ive never had a bad experience here.
Not the fault of the staff, but the car wash broke down 1 car in front of me. So me and the 5 cars behind me all had to back up and go to the location down the street. So it was already a busy day and then by the time I got backed out, everyone else in line had made it to the other location so I had a long wait. They should have let us use the fast pass lane at the other location for the inconvenience. They also hadnt notified the other location so I had to try to explain to the lady what happened. Fortunately she took my word for it and I gave her my receipt from the this location.
Was having my car washed, and as it was going through the automatic washing section, it came to the end, where an attendant is supposed to get in it and move it out. They were not paying attention, so it sat there too long and the next vehicle (an SUVpushed my car out (bumper to bumper). Needless to say, my back bumper was all scratched up. The best they could do was tell me that they could have "their guy" fix it, and he is pretty busy. Being that I only have one car, and would be out the expense of renting a car while mine was being repaired. I opted for 6 months free car wash plan, which I used twice. This just should never have happened.
Their detailing was left to be desired. For the price I could have paid my kids less and they could have done a more thorough job. And my kids are terrible. Nothing was priced in the snack area and was a nuisance to keep asking what everything costed. At least the staff was friendly.
Left with a Scratch on my hood that was not there before and was told I would not like the outcome (still pendingupdate I was told to contact my Insurance company file a claim then they would contact tiger express wash insurance. SAVE your money not worth it. Do it yourself or find something else.
I really wanted to like this place as I was looking for monthly membership option. I downloaded the app to try it out with a first free carwash. My initial impression as my car was moving through was that a lot of thick soap was being used, making me think my car would be super-clean. However, it seemed that the length of the wash was much shorter than other automatic washes I have used. After the wash was finished, I pulled into a vacuum bay. When I got out of my car I immediately noticed that a wheel cover was missing. I was certain that it was there when I arrived. I was also surprised to see that my wheels were very dirty and greasy. Not sure if that was because jets didnt direct spray at my tires or if the water wasnt hot. I used a towel to hand wipe my car, windshield, and headlights. They were still dirty. Wouldnt you think an automatic carwash would remove bird droppings on the windshield? Then I drove up to the window and asked them to check to see if my wheel cover was found. A guy came out with it and handed it to me. Were they just going to let me drive off without it? I told him I didnt know how to put it back on. He said it just snaps on. Couldnt he have just quickly put it back on for me since he was right next to it? Before leaving, I decided to drive up to the wash entrance and ask him to wash the greasy wheel cover since it popped off before it even went through the wash. He sprayed it and gave it back to me though it was still filthy. There was no way to exit without backing all the way up around a curve. There was a car behind me so it was impossible. I said it would be easier to let me go forward by going through one more time so I wouldnt have to back up. He said I hadnt paid for a second wash so he refused to let me do that. Instead, he made the car behind me pull out of the way so I could exit in reverse. It was not easy. Other cars were also waiting to come forward. Extremely poor customer service. Besides that, my wheel cover now has a bent area that I believe the track hooked and popped off. I cant get it to go back on. I may try the Tiger Express in SW Columbia but wont be returning to this one. If you want a really clean vehicle, go elsewhere.
I Generally get a pretty good wash at this location although it is fairly expensive. Employees provide a hand drying after the wash but they are usually in a hurry and windows and wing mirrors are left streaked. Overall, probably the best option in the area.
I had a coupon for half off the Black and Gold that included interior cleaning. The interior looked great and they did a decent job of cleaning the interior, but there were a few places left that could have used more attention. Overall, great service and staff!
Paid $20 before it rained just to get my interior cleaned because you have to get the exterior cleaned if you want the interior cleane. No one cleaned a single dip holder, dust all over speedometer, and the only thing that looked different in the inside was the floors were vacuumed. Not the seats. Also both outside mirrors still were very dirty so I couldve done much better myself for free. Second time trying this place and disappointed every time.
Theyve done a decent job in the past, but lately its pretty bad. I bought the ~$35 a month unlimited car wash-it was the most expensive one which included interior cleaning. I had to go THREE times before someone wiped out a cup holder and a stain on the center console. Now theyve raised the prices and its a total rip off. I went the other day and they wanted $10 extra for the interior even though my bill cycle hasnt renewed. $40/month includes only exterior service, $60/month if you want interior too. This place needs to take notes from waterway and speedy wash in St. Louis. Not paying $60/month and taking three trips for you to even bother to spray and wipe out my cup holder.
My car was not clean. No one wanted to fix issue. I feel like I was blown off. They did not dry the back of my car. The nice thing about this location is they will towel dry it.However it was not a good job. Customer service was not good. I have paid for the wash that is suppose to do undercarriage did not feel any water hit the underneath of my car. Not impressed.
