We went to Tile Wizards reluctantly as the name seemed to suggest they are mainly about flooring when we were searching for kitchen wall tiles. Hugely surprised to find great range of well priced wall tiles with great customer support offered when needed - thanks Kingsley.

The best customer service weve had at a tile store (had been to 5 different tile stores). The attendant that served us John was so professional, attentive and helpful. He helped my partner sort out a replacement white tile for our renovations and walked through the composite flooring options. Highly recommend. Thanks John!

Great helpfully staff that go the distance ran out of tile grout on a Saturday after a quick call just before there closing time they told me they would hang about till I arrived but I manged to just before 3 (closing timealso lent me a tile cutter so save a few bucks on hiring one out cant ask for more they also recommend products which made the job of laying tiles a breeze I will be back once the bathroom is ready fot its make over thanks again guys top service 👍

John was extremely helpful. He made the selection process for my hybrid flooring easy. It was well priced and the trades people (Sagar and Sumithe referred me did an amazing job. They took great care ensuring they didnt damage any of my property and went above and beyond to make sure it was finished perfectly. Although I didnt purchase my tiles for my kitchen and bathroom through tile wizards John gave me great advice and contacts for friendly tradespeople. He saved me from an absolute nightmare. I highly recommend Tile Wizards Para Hills, both Kingsley and John were friendly and helpful.

Staff went out there way to help, best priced. Good selection of tiles to choose from. Couldnt have asked for better value and service. I used them a year ago and now my daughter has had her whole has flooring done, in a hybrid wood plank.The installers were fantastic, did a great job, funny, left no mess, highly recommend & very fast

After spending thousands on flooring .Very poor carpet installation .Carpet came off few months after installation, have been trying to get them to send someone to fix it with no success

No after sales service here. After spending almost $1000 in tiles & accessories I tried to return a $10 item which was unused only to be abruptly told that Tile Wizard does not accept returns after 28 days. I wont be shopping at Tile Wizard again.
