Never responds to questions sent through his own website. Office hours are total nonsense. Cant even find someone to shovel the sidewalk in front of his building in our beautiful little town.

Office hours are shown on his web site, and open until 6:30 on Wednesdays. Get there and sign says open by appointment only. Also, sent email on Sunday with a simple question... still waiting for a reply 3 days later.
