Tim Hortons in Seneca County

Rarely do I go here and an order is correct. My final time going I placed my order and was given a few items then was asked to pull around. After waiting a good 10 minutes a guy came out and asked what we were waiting on because they didnt have our items. I told them what all we needed and then five minutes after they went inside I went in and had to walk them through every item to make sure it was all correct.Ive just stopped going to save the headache.

Sucked couldnt order 2 separate orders at the window, asked for large drink and paid for large in a medium cup when asked about it stated thats the way its suppose to be.....dont think I will be back...

Preface: I only come here if Dunkin is closed or the line is too long.They never put sugar in the coffee, and today I went and paid for a bagel with cream cheese just to get home and realize they gave me a cold bagel with no cream cheese. Who eats a bagel with nothing on it?! Truly the “Burger King” of coffee chains. Never busy and you only go out of necessity. I wonder why. 😂

Horrible. Ordered two sandwiches and they were cold. Took them back in and they remade them and guess what...still cold. Dont think Ill be back anytime soon. Cold egg and cheese left a bad taste in my mouth...pun intended.

Went to Tim Hortons this morning for coffee and donuts and I have gone multiple occasions and so has my boyfriend and we asked for a chocolate frosted sprinkle doughnut and they don’t sell them or make them and they will not add sprinkles to a already chocolate frosted doughnut because they don’t sell them only place I have ever went to who does not care to make their customers happy there is no reason I don’t care if corporate says you’re not to make them or not no reason you can’t add sprinkles to a chocolate frosted doughnut with sprinkles if you can make a vanilla frosted sprinkle doughnut you can make a chocolate frosted sprinkle doughnut

Nice staff but they never fill up my drink to the top it always looks like people drank out of it before they hand it to me.

The coffee was not good.

They were very short staffed today, but they were pleasant with everyone and kept everything going as usual. People waited for them. Nice job!!

For real one of the best Tim Hortons Ive been too every drink I get is on point cant wait to go back now lol

Passed on this place after a terrible experience. Recently revisited and it was much better.

We usually go everyday before 11am to get our iced coffee. This morning crew is wonderful! They know exactly what we want and its done right everytime. Very friendly staff! These guys definitely deserve 5 stars!

Never going here again. Have given them multiple opportunities and every time they are out of half their menu and have gotten my order wrong in some way each and every time.

Terrible service! They dont sell the products in the front case till 4pm...so they were "out" of apple fritters when there was 3 right there in the case. Then we had 2 sandwich orders that was taking forever, the person behind us got his sandwich and several drive thru orders went out and we still havent gotten ours. When one of us went up to ask what was taking so long, they were ignored until a second person came up to see what was taking so long, they responded with, "the order never appeared on the screen "... How does that even happen?! Then they said they were out of hash browns and asked if we wanted a donut instead. We will never go back there again!

They were out of biscuits and it was before 10am. The lady that took our order was rude and rushed us. "And what else...?" And when we had a question, she was short with us. Cant wait until Dunkin reopens from their remodel.

Wanted to get some doughnuts there was approximately a dozen assorted in the case you could see, plus 2 muffins. Waited for someone to wait on me as I was looking over what was there then I was told they couldnt sell them they were for display only. I asked what they had , she responded not many. So why is there doughnuts that cant be sold? Makes no sense to me at all.

Worst customer service experience ever from management!!!! Definitely dont recommend!! Ill be finding another coffee/ donut place

I order the same coffee every time and it’s never consistent. I am not one to leave a review because I understand mistakes happen but after so many times, it is necessary. This time the bagel was not edible. We joked about how chewy it was but it was actually painful to bite that I had to stop eating it. I’m concerned how that can happen… sitting out in the air too long, double toasted, old?I also wanted to add, we waited 20 mins for two coffees, a wrap and a bagel. I don’t mind waiting for good food….even more disappointing.

Coffee and Donuts are always fresh. Staff are very nice and courtesies.

The only thing good here lately is the coffee . I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and get a sausage ... every morning they seem to be out of hashbrowns and egg bites but offer donuts ... if I wanted donuts I would go to Dunkin’ . Get your life together please

I absolutely love this location! The new general manager is amazing and the rest of the staff always makes me feel so welcome. My favorite employee Alexis, never fails to brighten my day. If I could rate higher, I would!!

Coffee was excellent, the food is good but the wait time is too long for some items if out!! They do offer substitutions, but then its not what I came for!!

Instead of going out on the floor and wiping the tables off, the manager basically said we would have to leave, because no one wiped the tables off yet. This has been a couple weeks ago, Im determined not to go back. We had already sat down at a table,we were waiting on someone. No one said anything to us,no signs up,it was just my friend and I,a mother and her young daughter. It was late morning,some one including the manager could have had the tables wiped down. I understand their is a pandemic, this is where the manager should pitch in and help out instead of telling us we have to leave. I will not go to Tim Hortons and I intend to let others know about this incident. That is not practicing good customer service.

Deaf problem with speak drive thur the order with credits. Also Enter the door and order the way foods then no matter what have to credit card or cash because of the deaf people who have order the foods !! We are not agree with it with credit card. Must have to do order the credit card when we are enter the door !

The food was absolutely amazing but a manager named Jennifer yelled at us while we were eating because she thought we didnt pay even though we had a receipt. She was continually rude to her workers and have dirty looks the entire time we were there. Madeline was the girl at the register and she was amazing and so friendly. David at the window is amazing. He is always so sweet and kind. I would hope that I have him when I go to the window because hes the nicest person that works there and in any fast food in Tiffin, Ohio.

Would rate it 0 stars if I could. Paid $5 just to be given the wrong thing and it was disgusting. Bacon was actual rubber and painfully undercooked. Cheese was completely unmelted and it was probably better coming up then it was going down. Love spending a Sunday evening cleaning puke out of my car because of this place

Every time I go there I order the same coffee every time. And it’s either good or it’s terrible. I’m going to Dunkin’ Donuts from now on! ✌🏼

My husband and I love this Tim Hortons! We have been to many different stores as we really like the coffee, but this particular store is our favorite. Very friendly, efficient staff. Great coffee and food .

The GM and Alex are very friendly and their hospitality is through the roof! I work at Biggby and am picky on my coffee but they made my coffee perfect and even double checked to make sure it was great. Working in coffee I rarely am met with the same amount of friendliness that I typically give but they went above and beyond!Deserves 10 stars

Aweful customer service at drive through. No reciept given when paying for order with card. Rushed to order food. I do not go to Tim Hortons very often so I needed to be able to browse the menu and when doing so was rushed by the employee taking my order. Food was not bagged properly, so within a 5 min drive my sandwich was cold before being able to enjoy. Sloppily made sandwich, I can tell it was just thrown together, the cheese was melred more to the paper than my food.

Good coffee, good everything, good prices & good location. Is the same manager there who wouldnt let an employee off for her own sisters funeral? If so, as good as everything is at Tim Hortons, I will patronize another coffee establishment if that same manager is still there.

Ordered TimBits and an iced coffee. Both were very tasty. The greatest part for us was that the service and excellent. The person that waited on us was very friendly

I just went through the drive thru. The girl was so rude. She handed me and food slammed it into my hand And spilled stuff. I have never been to a time hortons before. Thought I would give it a try. Started my day wrong.

I was not impressed with this place. I dont usually cut places down but, the service was slow and the floor needed cleaning bad. Not any busier tha they were, it should have been cleaner.

Wow Im calling Lilly Denson out!!!! Youve wrote a total of 5 reviews and their all about management. The way you throw around the words my employees makes me think your the C.O.O. of Tahoo,do they know your using their name to smear good hard working people of Tim Hortons. This over shared flash in the pan never happend or we would still be hearing about the lawsuit, but nothing hmm. The management at Tim Hortons is great, I dont know them personally, but I do know I see the same faces week in and week out, thats good management. I think I might make a call to Tahoo, maybe I should try to make your life hard too, for no reason that is.

Love Tim Hortons in Tiffin. One of the newer ones which is designed very tastefully. Their tomato soup is DELICIOUS!!! Waitresses very friendly and helpful. Great place to eat.

What that family is going through is horrible, but for people to jump on the hate train so fast without hearing from everyone first is a prime example of social media problems. I dont believe this is what it seems, what if there was a misunderstanding,Im sure emotions are so raw right now. What about the employees who work there, they are feeling this too. Im just saying that sometime people think with instant emotion and not their brains.

Honestly, Ive only been to this facility once. My experience the first time left a lasting impression. Rude customer service and after repeating my order several times it was still not what I ordered. I vowed to never come back...didnt seem worth the trouble when I had already been a loyal customer to Dunkin Donuts. Fast forward a few months. Came across a Facebook post from a grieving mother explaining how her daughter was fired because she missed work. She missed work to go to her sisters service. Are you kidding me? That manager should be ashamed! You will never get another dime from me. If every coffee shop in town shut down, I would travel a town over to avoid yours.

This place is a complete joke manager danielle perkins cant even manage let alone keep employees so ill be placing flyers around the shop taiho an informing any of my employees to stay away from such a place i make large orders often go in one day an nothing was ready the manager got mouthy hmm ill be sure to let anyone else i come across know this is a horrible store an never step foot in there dunkin dounts from now on

I will no longer be giving my money to your company. When the sister of a young employee passes, you should give them the time off and take up a collection to help with expenses. Instead, you fired her for grieving. I’ll give my coffee money to the smaller businesses in town.

Great service and service with a smile. You dont get that every where you go. I have never had bad service or food here.

If you want coffee and donuts Toim Nortons is great! I however went in at lunch time.As far as lunch menu the choices are very limited. I ordered a fajita wrap and a iced tea. The wrap was OK....not great and nothing special. Ive always thought if a place is only going to have a few items those items have to be REALLY good.Under no circumstances would I ever order iced tea here again.The tea had very little flavor like as if they made a gallon of tea with enough tea to make a cup!

Timmys as my husband would call it, is my favorite place to get coffee. They always have new product to try at competitive prices, but I use a lot of coupons so its even better. Atmosphere inside is nice. The only problem I ever found is the night crew still needs development. When pulling up I almost always here another conversation going on during the order. Even as much as the order taker continuing to laugh as they greet me. Then on the other hand one young gentlemen one time seemed very kind and offered my daughter a free donut because I was a regular. Not a regular anymore due to late hours changed.

Took my daughter in Fremont for breakfast - the dining room was freezing cold! I had to lean half way across the counter to hear the cashier speaking. My daughter ordered a chocolate chip muffin - it was stale. I ordered a farmers breakfast wrap with bacon and sausage. It was delivered burnt - black and charred...and no bacon. They brought me a new one, slightly burnt and blown out at the bottom. Their solution was to place it on another raw tortilla. Even my coffee was bad - tasted old and slightly burnt. We do not recommend it at all.

I loooove Tims! The food is excellent and it always looks very clean in the dining area. Ive been a fan for years, having lived in Canada for a time. The feeling of the place is a little different here but I still have no complaints, other than the parking lot. Its keeping people away and hopefully it will be paved properly very soon.

On my first visit to a Tim Hortons, I tried the bacon, egg, cheese everything bagel. Delicious! Soft slightly chewy bagel, no rubbery textured egg here....nice and soft, bacon had good flavor. TimBits are ok. The chocolate ones are a bit waxy. Nice chocolate flavor though. I liked the cinnamon spiced ones best. The French Vanilla coffee honestly tastes like International coffee from the tins. Ive always liked that brand so it doesnt bother me at all! All pros & cons considered, Ive found a new sandwich & coffee place. I love that you can customize your sandwich with any bread! Ill be back!
