This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. This summer it took two months to fix my AC unit and they lied about parts and now they send me a $3500 bill complete joke. Beware they will rip you off. Going to turn this into the Better Business Bureau and fight this in court. Because of them I spent over $2000 in extra electric bills to try to stay cool.

Professional, Jordan was my service tech. So friendly, explained what and why he was having to replace or fix. So thankful he was here for same day service.

He did a good job. Unfortunately has to be replaced. I could recommend that the workers wear shoe covers.

Asked for them to check out our AC and ducts. Gave them my wifes number to call when they were coming. Called me instead. Looked at AC left. Didnt get back to us for over a day. Got a different HVAC company and they fixed it under an hour. Then when were told that we got a different HVAC company they blamed me for miscommunications.

I had never used this service before but I will definitely call them next time I need their services! They were kind, patient and professional! And they were very timely even though they were very busy. They showed up on time and did a great job. Thank you so much for making this experience a little less painful.

They came and assessed the issue without delay. The problem was minor but kept the AC from cooling. They could have said it was anything. Their honesty is why I will call them again.

These guys busted their a** in the rain all day to get my AC unit and Furnace installed. I truly appreciate the work ethic and customer service.

Weve worked with TimeSaver for almost the entire time weve owned our current home (over ten yearsand I couldnt be more satisfied with them. Theyve done a ton of work on all parts of our home, both in the realms of HVAC and plumbing, and theyve always shown up when theyve said and done the best, most efficient, and most sensibly cost-effective work possible. Theyre fabulous at troubleshooting weird issues, too. Theyre absolutely amazing to work with.

Guys showed up and was very professional. Explained everything I needed in detail everything I asked. Was kick to fix my problems.

Went through this company for both heater and ac replacement. The owner/employees are professional and took care of us from start to finish. We appreciate the time and effort they spent to get us all set up. Thank you.

Have used Time Saver numerous times ... installed hot water heater.. heating and air conditioning unit replacement...water filtration system replacement...and recently...sewer cleaning... They have always been..very professional.... Courteous..and knowledgeable... Have been very pleased with their service every time ..... Recommend them to everyone.. who is need of of quality service...

Came quickly on a Saturday, outside of normal business hours and got my very old heating system up and running. Very honest and up front about spending money on this older system, but still able to get it up and running for minimal expense... Thank you

Jordan and his helper came out right away when I called with my problem. They were thorough, provided up front pricing, and provided a proactive solution to a bound-to-happen problem. My husband and I are so grateful for Time Saver and their amazing team!

i told them what I needed and what was wrong they stuck the camera in and agreed then he said he could not tell me a price to fix or any information and they would call me and the 100$ trip charge ended up $228

They were very willing to walk me through whaat was the problem with my ac ot working properly. It is fixed for now and they pointed out what might occur in the future when it is time to replace my unit.

Weve used this company for many jobs around our home. They are always fair priced, fast, and offer friendly services. We just consider them our go to people. We would highly recommend them!

Not Impressed with service. My A.C. Froze up so I killed it and ran fan. Called and they could come out the next day for service. Booked the appointment. Had to get a second party to sit at the apartment complex due to other business. Get to the complex and can hear the blower shaking from my vents. Kill the unit again couldn’t get to it til after 6 the next day. I take off the cover and visibly watch the blower shaking. Killed the power and started pulling paper towels out of it. Called the company. Maintenance man called me back and proceeded to tell me the blower had a slight imbalance before he serviced. This was not slight this was enough to hear on the second floor. I asked him if that was not what a maintenance call is for? If you see something like that ya just leave it? Long story short 1 hour of my time to clean paper towels out of a blower that in fact could of been caused by the technician removing air filter while unit was running. (I know this happened cause he told me so). Now the blower doesn’t shake at all. The A.C. Not blowing cold was fixed so that deserves the 3 stars me having to come and clean up after tech deducts the other 2.

Time Saver is a company that does things the right way, even when they go wrong. Mistakes happen and one caused damage to some drywall in our ceiling. The technician owned up to and fixed his mistake, and the owner, Monte came by to ensure things were done correctly as well. He came back with a local contractor as soon as possible to inspect and plan the repair. Monte then hung around and fixed a shower connection that I had done wrong myself that same day.I’ve been pleased with the whole company and its leadership every time, even when things didn’t go quite right. Integrity, efficiency, quality, and professionalism throughout the organization.

I highly recommend these guys. They did a very good, professional job, all while being friendly and concerning to our needs. We had a sewer line collapse, and they made sure to get it done the right way and as efficiently as they could. The technicians were very knowledgeable and made sure to ask us about anything different than what was planned. The owner, Monte has a great crew and we will be referring to anyone who asks about heating, air, and plumbing in Hutchinson!

Monte and his crew are awesome! We had to do a full replacement of our heater and ac, they quoted it would take a day and a half, his guys got it done in a day! His staff is respectful and kind as well as knowledgeable! In our time of need they got the job done quickly & efficiently! Theyll have our business again, for sure!

I called that morning about a plumbing issue and got a quick response. The owner came out and though it was an easy fix (the city had turned on our water service but hadnt actually opened the water valvetook care of it for us. Not only did he come investigate, but he called the city himself and got our water pressure to a normal level.

Called TimeSaver to service furnace problem. Scheduled for same day and were able to come early. Andy did a great job! Diagnosed problem quickly and corrected it. Very fair price! Had another local company look at unit earlier and just tried to sell a new furnace. More than pleased. The only people to call! Thanks Andy!

I have used TimeSaver a couple of times now for air conditioning repair and plumbing services.Theyll be the ones I call first now for all heating, ac, and plumbing issues. I have found them to be professional, friendly, knowledgeable, timely, courteous, and fair priced. They came out to repair my air conditioner on a holiday when I couldnt get anyone else to either answer the phone or show up. The repair person was very knowledgeable and friendly. The price was very reasonable considering it was a holiday. I called them again for a plumbing issue. They sent someone out right away, he quickly came up with a solution, and even made time to do some other plumbing work I wanted to have done. They just seem like honest, hardworking, decent people. The receptionist is always very helpful and friendly as well.

During one of the hottest weeks we’ve had a/c went out on Friday night, of course wanted to fix right away but who has that kind of money sitting around. Went a week with no a/c calling around the top 3 everyone hears about in Kansas. Can’t get our unit was what we heard but they would give us a lesser quality unit for the same price of course! Called Monte on Thursday tried to figure out financing, told me they would be at house next day by 9. He showed up with everything checked things out and said the guys would be over ASAP. Jordan and Chase showed up tore down and in process found heat exchanger broken, family killer! The guys were amazing fast and efficient, Bailey even brought the new plenum from hutch, mine wouldn’t work. Running by 3. I’m pretty Leary about working with people and this TEAM of people are what other businesses should strive to be like, financially stuck to their prices and very patient with insurance payments! Don’t ever want to have to hire people . I am convinced I will hire these guys over and over again! Thank you for all you have done Monte, Jordan, Chase and of course Bailey

Kylar was awesome! He showed up within an hour after my weedeater ate the wires to my AC. They are expensive. But it has been a struggle finding someone local who can work on my unit.

These guys knock it out of the park. Another company totally took us for a ride and these guys came in to get our ac replaced! We had an old unit and it needed replaced. It had gotten to the point where. Just simply couldn’t get the house cool anymore. They came out, diagnosed it, and gave us some options. A few days later it completely stopped working so we scheduled the replacement but they made it kick back on in the meantime so we wouldn’t get too hot while we waited for our turn to get replaced. That day their tech was here in less than 20 minutes and had us up and running in about as long. Not only was he quick, but he was friendly with my six year old who is absolutely mesmerized by how things work. The head guy came out and gave us our estimate for replacement and he was very thorough and even found a way to make the existing ductwork cool more efficiently.. the day the crew came to install the new unit, they were excellent. They got the job done- even whe. They ran into.an unexpected issue they still got us up and running and we had a brand new unit. They were also extremely friendly and cleaned up after themselves. They didn’t have time to finish plumbing the gas line and new exhaust lines for the furnace, so they came back and got it finished up for us. I was delighted that the price we were billed was the price we were quoted with no surprises. I appreciate how thorough, prompt and professional every member of their crew was the w tire time they were here. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Our outside faucet broke and no other plumber would be able to get to us for a week. I called Timesaver and they sent out a repairman that afternoon. There is no hourly rate, just a job quote that they stuck to. Our repairman, Craig, was very knowledgeable and professional. We fixed our broken pipe without any problems. I highly recommend!!!

Noticed a pipe leaking into the basement called on a Saturday morning and the Craig the technician called me within five minutes. He was able to come out and correct the leak. Great price and quick service! Definitely will be using them again if I have plumbing issues!

Came home from vacation and no AC. House was 95 and it was miserable. Timesaver had someone at my door in 30 minutes. Kylar had it diagnosed and fixed in no time. He was polite professional and courteous. Will definitely use again.

We had issues with our geothermal unit and not many people know how to work on them out where we live. Andrew with time savers came out in a timely manner and fixed the issue. Even spent time answering all my questions and explaining how everything works! He came out again late on a Friday night with Chase to fix our well. Chase quoted time and pricing and gave me information directly before coming so I would know my options and explained to me how everything worked. He was here within an hour and they got it fixed in the same night! Fairly priced and awesome work. Very friendly guys and Andrew even ruined his shoes to fix our problem. They went over and beyond!

Had a pin hole leak I found on a Saturday morning. The the pipe was fixed by mid morning! The tech (Chasewas informative and walked me through the plan before diving in! Will easily recommend to others!

I cannot say enough good about this group! I wish I could give them 20 stars!Outside of the obvious unpleasantries of unexpected significant home repair, I could not have asked for a better experience.Monte went above and beyond to help me with details on how to help ac keep a little cooler until they get come check out. (it was still working, just not very well)Just to note…I had an issue last summer and ended up with a different company – which I will kick myself forever on. I landed with Time Saver this round, and will always call them for any services they provide (i.e. plumbing etc)Jordan did a thorough check out prior to discussion options, answered all my questions with solid answers/explanations. If it was something that needed additional information/follow up – this was acknowledged, and I had my answer before he left.(I do not every employee to know every answer off hand – I have a lot more trust in a person/company that acknowledges when it is necessary to look something up or double check!We did end up having to replace full central heat/air, but both were very old when I purchased the house over 10 years ago (ac was over 30 years old). The end charge was to the penny what I was quoted – the time needed was very well accounted for. All the techs involved (Primarily Jordan and Chasewere very polite and cordial – all answered any of my questions respectfully and knowledgably. Primary techs were Jordan and Chase.(some of my questions I realized were obvious as soon as they were voiced out loud – but they still answered very professionally)They gave me updates throughout the day – without me having to ask for them.Anything that needed to be changed/moved, they showed me the issue, how they intended to adjust and explained in full detail the why/how of what was being done. There was minor cosmetic work remaining at the end of the install day, they followed up as scheduled with no issue the next business day. They were even conscientious enough to ensure they closed the gate each time (I have dogs).We did have one hiccup a few weeks post install… I only mention it because of the professional and awesome customer service that they responded with. Somehow, the hose to the ac pump ended up getting crimped under the house – possibly even related to the earthquakes. This caused some water in the garage. When I used the very convenient text service, they had a tech out by lunch time (would have been earlier if I could have been there). Issue was fixed in a few minutes and with an extremely courteous and ‘sorry I had a problem’ attitude.In summary, the customer service and professionalism of this company was/is beyond reproach – even after the initial service was completed.To the crew at Time Saver – THANK YOU!

Our air conditioning system stopped working this Sunday. I called around 4:50 pm and a repairman returned my call within five minutes. He said he was booked with four more appointments today but could come out tomorrow. We set up a time for after 6 pm on Monday. The technician called back again within five minutes and stated he called in another technician to help with the call load and could be at our house within ten minutes. By 6:30 pm our AC was back up and running. We are customers for life!

Came out to our property right on time and replaced water heater same day...in the rain. Monty M was very polite, courteous and professional but also very personal. I think we will be doing more business with them.

Furnace was not working they came out. Majorly misdiagnosed the issue. They told me the part is not made anymore and had to be made at the factory that I would be 2 weeks without heat and it’s 0 degrees with wind chill. I called another company the issue turned out to be at $10 limit switch. Timesavers was trying to charge me over $500 or get a $2800 new furnace.

We have a 1 bathroom home with 3 kids in the house. We had the bathroom remodeled and Time Saver was able to get the toilet back in operation the 2nd day working with the other contractors.The also replaced all the plumbing in our entire house. They sent 3 workers and got it done quickly. They worked with our special requests for things as well.Have also had them out to do furnace repairs. Very friendly and informative!

Friendly and timely service for replacement of garbage disposal. Ethan even checked all of my drains to see how they were doing since I expressed some concern about slow drainage. Definitely recommend!

I was having several issues with my air conditioner and he was able to fix them all. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He explained that i need a new unit and that if scheduled in 30 days I would get a credit from today visit which I like. Overall I would reccomend, Im happy with my visit today.

My AC stopped cooling on a Saturday night. I called in for service at 9:00 p.m. I had a return call in 15 minutes. Monte explained everything I needed to do. He was on his way to other calls at that time on a SATURDAY NIGHT! Monte came to my home the next morning, ON A SUNDAY MORNING!! Had my AC going by noon. Try to find another company in Hutchinson to top that service, you just won’t. GREAT JOB!

When our ACs pump leaked in our basement and cooled the house inadequately on days over 80 degrees, TimeSaver had a guy come out the same day I called. The man on the phone and the one who came to the door were both polite and upfront about pricing, and the latter replaced our pump and cleaned out our clogged outdoor unit in less than an hour. We now have a dry basement and an AC that can keep up with the heat. :)

The service was great! We called after hours with a heater issue and they were here within the hour. They had it fixed within a short amount of time and it was great to have the heat back for the cold night.

Ive used One Hour for a several years. They are my go to service because I trust them and they are always prompt. An added bonus is that there is no clean up after they leave. The area is always left clean and neat. I would highly recommend them.

Fast and friendly service. Austin was very informative and went well above what was expected. Austin knew all about what he was doing and got us up to date on how to better take care of our system. One heck of a job! I definitely know who to call/refer in the future. Thanks Austin!

Monte and Jacob really saved the day! Jacob was so nice and professional and helped get someone out to our house the same day. Great service! Went above and beyond making the experience excellent. They worked us into their schedule for a sewer replacement. They explained everything thoughly so we knew what to expect. I would definitely recommend them for service. And we will sure be using them for future issues or projects.

Monte was amazing when we needed him for our plumbing backing up. I cant remember the HVAC guys name but he also helped us when our furnace was broken. He was at his sons music program and made a special trip to help us out when our heater was not blowing hot air. Within two hours we had heat again! Thank you!

I made an appointment for a leaking faucet. In less than 24 hours, they were out and had the problem fixed. The technician was here less than an hour. I have used Ben Franklin Plumbing before and have always been happy with their work.

I have used One Hour numerous times over the past six years with great results each time. The prices are extremely reasonable and Monty the crew goes above and beyond what they are required to do. I would recommend them to anyone needing services. Amazing customer service.

Monte is super nice! He has been out twice to fix our drains. 2 clogs in a months time, but he cleared them both in no time. Hopefully we dont have anymore situations for awhile.
