I have been a loyal customer of Gloria Jeans for over 4 years now and I am always impressed with their staff. They are always so attentive and friendly to me, even when theyre busy, and they make sure Im taken care of. Not only that but the coffee is amazing and the ice based drinks are really good too!

Personal is not trained or well prepared, often unhappy and unprofessional in making coffee. The tables/couches are not well cleaned and maintained.

Best Coffee shop. Sometimes they have some Isuse with the ice-malign Machine, it doesn’t make the ice really hard, besides that, if you are in the mall and you want to drink something hot or cold, this is the place to go.

The place is dirty, dusty couches, tables not cleaned, and unhappy staff. I wont get there again. Park Lake has many other coffee shops. I dont recommend.

Personal was very aggrasive. We came from another coffee place to wait for some frends to join us, with our bavereges. She told us we needed to throw our drinks. We did as she said. Then when i was going to buy something from them. She asked us to leave so she can host others. I had to throw my drink for nothing. It was the weirdest experience Ive ever had at a coffe place. I highly dont recommend this place.

Great smoothies, close to park entrance. Downside is that in weekends there are presentations right in front of it and unless you use the terrace youll have to put up with a lot of noise.
