Nice selection of discounted name brand clothing. Love the houseware selection, always leave with something. Lots of clearance and sale prices!

Love it. Always very nice and clean. Not stuff just thrown onto the sales floor. Nice staff also except the women who work at the jewelry counter. Very off putting and not helpful at all. They do always have gorgeous jewelry at great prices.

I just bought a 3ft. Tall marble statute that I just love! Always find clothes and often jewelry. All stores have different items but this is a good store with nice selection!

I find nice things every once and a while, most of the time it’s just a time portal where you walk in and leave 2 hours later empty handed.

I go here every once in a while, got a little bit of everything as from homegoods, to hair care, to jewelry, it can be pricey depending on what you are looking for, but overall a good store.

Picked over on some items due to the holiday but we still found some great prices items.

Its okay most of the time, some things like furniture are really over priced. They dont have many guy options, especially for shoes.

This location seems somewhat better than the State College store. Ill have to return to confirm.

Great store. Quality is so so. As with all outlet stores the clothes are outsourced and not the exact quality of the actual department store brands.

Great place to shop they offer a variety of products. They have the best candles for the best prices. And the workers are the friendliest and helpful around.

Cashiers were nice and friendly. Mine reminded me that the card shuts off if you dont use it for more than 6 months for safety but you can reopen one and still get the new card discount to save 10 percent. Lots of variety for merchandise. Many different things on clearance. Store appears neat and clean. New things brought out often. Should shop there more often to find that diamond in the rough.

Interesting place- looks very different & fresh since the last time I was there many years ago... wide variety of products, including some really neat homemade decor items. I was looking for sneakers, but it looked like the shoe section had been partly wiped out recently by a sale.

Found some cool toys to stock up for future gifts. Wasnt super happy with their kitchen or decor.. but Im sure people are clearing that place out as usual. And hats great because it means theyre constantly receiving new products.

I really like this store lots of great buys. Some of the cosmetics I think are over priced even for a discount, but overall great store.

TJ Maxx Altoona is as close as we get to sophisticated big city shopping. Rotating stock of major brands make going every week a must. Not a wide selection of glittery shirts or fingerless gloves tho.

Great place if you ever need a new dooney bag!! They always have some! Awesome pj section aswell! Always find name brands!

I absolutely love TJMaxx and Marshall’s. Always find bargains and unusual items. It is my “ go to” place to shop for a unique gift.

Love the selection and always find something I "need" The return policy is disappointing. Tried to return a sweater that tore on the first wear. They should accept the return even with no tags. Should stand behind the quality of their products. Tags were present, just not attached.

I called to ask if I could return an item that I purchased in State College at a Home Goods store and was told I absolutely could. I got to the local TJ Maxx and was told that I could not return it because the department numbers were different and they couldnt return the item. I wasted time going there when I could have just gone back to Home Goods where the staff was friendlier.

Best place to go to get unique clothing, bedding, furniture and other nice gifts to get yourself and your loved ones. Always something new everytime I go to shop.

Dangerous store for me to go into. I always walk out with more stuff than i planned, you can find some great deals on quality products. I love getting my skin and hair products here, always something new to try.

Love shopping here!! It’s a random collection of items and you sometimes have to be patient to find the perfect thing, but I’ve never had a bad experience.

The store is always a pleasure to go into. There is something for everyone. Its always clean. The employees are so helpful and understanding. Its always a calm trip when I go. My daughter loves the toy section because there are shelves of age appropriate toys on the bottom. I never have to worry about her getting into something when shes there.

Clean store with friendly staff. The mens selection is much less than womens. Not as much to chose from household items as before. Would recommend the State College location for clothing and the Johnstown location for household goods and accessories. Parking isnt bad as this is at the opposite end of the lot from Sams Club and Walmart.

So tired of places asking if I want a gift receipt when buying my daughter clothes. I bet they do not ask women that. Guess dads never buy their children clothes... Asking this is wrong.

TJ Maxx has really good deals on clothing, purses, furniture, etc. I love coming here to buy stuff because everything is very cheap but good quality. I love this store and I will definitely be coming back for another visit soon. You can buy so much here for such a small price. Cleanliness is very good, and im glad they provide bathrooms in here for when I’m shopping.

My favorite store in Altoona hands down. Not because of their wonderful merchandise and displays. ...it is this particular stores vibe and great customer service! I literally took down 6 names to high five when I do my survey. As a retired retail manager and trainer for over 25yrs good things need to be said when deserved. Well done!

I love shopping here. I only gave it 3 stars though because they offer a very small inventory of Plus Size Fashions.

Great experience. The associates were helpful. I found great brands at reasonable prices. I was impressed with the selection...especially with Christmas not far away. Store was neat, and you can find something for everyone there. From decorative stationary to shoes, I highly recommend T.J. Maxx.

T.J. Maxx is such a fun store to shop. I personally enjoy the kitchen and culinary section. You never really know what you will find when browsing the isles, it is like a treasure hunt.

Nice store for discount name-brand clothing. Was able to find a lot of clothes for the kids here. Adult clothing is always another story.

Love to explore this store. Theres always something new to find! The workers have always been friendly. The prices arent all incredible, but youll always find a few things at major discounts. Fabulous selection of exotic spices and salts!

Love this TJMaxx. Always find great deals here. I live in the DC area but when Im in town to visit family I always stop here. The selection here is always better than what I find in DC.
