Hard to pass up a good old pastrami sandwich.

I would suggest that the employee making my sandwich not wear the same gloves handling the money go back and finish the sandwich.

Drastically changed the menu, no favorites left. Tried a new cheese melt pastrami sandwich and the pastrami was way to fatty and stringy . Almost couldnt eat it. Wife had tuna and liked it although she was looking for an egg salad sandwich and they dont make them anymore. Togos was one of my favorite sandwich shops. Looks like we will be finding a new favorite.

You guys. First off, I love Togos. Period. Their sammiches are AMAZING! However, it has been a minute since I have had such an enjoyable time ordering and eating at Togos! ZETH was an incredible sammich slinger and kept up with our order and my 8 year olds indecisiveness, while managing to make everyone laugh. Thanks so much for a great dining experience. Keep it up! 10/10 we will be back!

If u want to eat fast dont go here. It always takes 15 to 20 minutes to get to order your sandwich and then another 5 to 10 for them to make it

Quaint and home-like atmosphere, and fresh quality food… what more can you ask for! This Togos is by far one of the best sandwich shops… the deli meat is fresh, and so are the veggies! Not to add, the customer service is amazing; such lovely people… and they play Christian music from time-to-time ;)

My favorite place to get a giant hot pastrami sandwich in town! Never disappointed with the service and great attitude all the staff has. Shout out to Zeth whos super friendly and fun to talk to while he wips up your order like a pro! Love a hot soup with a Ruben. 😁👍

Oh my goodness , the Asian salad with the sweet spicy dressing was recommended by my daughter, and I’m a regular now! 🥢🥗. My husband really enjoyed the toasted hot roast beef sandwich 9 inch. Our favorite sandwich and salad stop from now on.

Great customer service, But closes too early and they run out of certain breads and meats too often.

Service was good the kid did host effort, but the place was dirty needs to work on cleanliness.

Giving them at least 2 stars because at least the food was good but the service was lousy. We ordered online and once at the store stood waiting while those working were chit chatting. After waiting to long in the pick up line I asked who was going to help me and with attitude this young girl with brown hair rudely began to help me. What’s the point of ordering ahead when y’all will ignore someone in the pick up line? Bad customer service.

Great sandwiches compared to other locations. Downside is they dont wear hair nets, the person making mine became angry when i asked him to wash his hands and put on new gloves after he was touching everything including wiping the sweat from his head. Im not bashing the location or the crew but hygiene is a must when handling peoples food

Ordered for curbside pick up checked in and waited in my car for 45 mins and my food had been ready the whole time, I know that because I went back inside and the worker had just forgot my order. My soup and sandwiches were completely cold when I got home. Not okay for paying $60 for 3 sandwiches and a soup.

If you like Togos then they will do but the service at this place has been slow or frustrating 5 of the 6 or 7 times Ive gone. They also gave me a small sandwich when I ordered a large but I didnt notice until after I left and wasnt going to go back to get 3 more inches of food.

The 5 stars is for the food. My friend n I went there yesterday. There was 3 workers. There was 1 guy being helped before we walked in. My friend orders and I waited for the 2 workers to finish with the guy before us. Well, they finish with him, n then they both walked in to the back. lol. We asked where they went n the kid said in the back. Anyways, I waited for him to finish my friend’s sandwich. I was really looking forward to a hot #9. The kids says, oh your gonna have to wait, we don’t have any out. lol. I had already waited 10 mins to make my friends sandwich and didn’t feel like waiting much longer. So I said the roast beef is fine. Now most places when I ask for American cheese it’s white and nothing special. The kid says I’m gonna have to charge you extra for the cheese. I’m like ok what ever. So no pastrami and get charged extra for cheese in the mean time the 2 workers come back n asked my friend if he had been helped. Lmao. Anyways, food was awesome, but service sucks.

You want an excellent fat sandwich like a nice pastrami go to Togos excellent food there. Service is okay but five stars for the food.

Great sandwiches!! Plenty in them,its just the place looks like it needs a good cleaning,the staff Im sure keep it as clean as they can while taking care of customers,need a crew to come in

Terrible service we walked in as one employee was taking care of another customer then once she left she said will be with us in a sec well she was taking care of a online order and had to wait another 15 minutes for her to finally come take our order and she even messed up on the order then another employee came from the back to help and it made things worse once we got home which is 4 minutes away and began to unwrap the sandwiches and one of the sandwiches had all the Alvarado on the out side none on the inside and the sandwiche was soaked and was not able to eat any of it I WILLL DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING BACK EVER!!!!!

I love Togos as a chain in general. I have had issues with this specific location. If you have a large order just go in person or go somewhere else. Ive ordered delivery (on the Togos sitefrom here twice and both times I was missing parts of my order. Once is a mistake, but twice is a problem. I called to for a remedy and was asked if I would like to come in and pick of the missing items, which defeats the purpose of delivery, and essentially leaves me paying to pick up my food. They said they are unable to refund until a manager comes in. I left my contact information, but have yet to receive a phone call. I wont be using this specific location in the future.

Delicious triple dip sandwich. Soup was cold but got replacement.

Ordered a calif club. It was good except for the totally RAW bacon. When I called to ask why they would serve raw bacon the girl who answered could have cared less. She claimed that they always serve raw bacon. Nope. It was cooked the last time I ordered that sandwich. Guess I won’t be eating there again.

This is the worst togos location. Im dissapointed Everytime. Slow, unfriendly, goofy staff. Skimpy on the meat & toppings. I ordered online so theyd have it ready when I came in on my lunch break got my food & it was totally wrong & I didnt get to take it back or be compensated for their mistake. Im not coming to this location ever again 😡👎

Kind of disappointed on todays food and last visit as well. Normally the food is on point but the last couple times have been dissatisfying. The veggies dont taste fresh especially the tomatoes and the avocado. Also the broccoli cheddar soup has ways been my favorite and the last two times I have had watered down soup to the point where the cheese isnt even creamy it tastes like the owner is going cheap and watering down its product. Hopefully the oakdale togos will get back on its A game cause I really dont want to hit 3 strikes and youre out.

Do They Have Food Handlers Cards???First off The $14.00 triple au jus sandwich meat was cold. They left the old meat in the pan and put the fresh on top then heated it. The Mayo shouldnt have been put on before toasting. The girl, obviously new, had her gloves on but during the creation of our sandwich, touched the door then the food...not quite sanitary. I mean I pay $14 for a hot triple au jus sandwich....I didnt think Id have to finish cooking it at home.Next time, Ill go to the other cheaper sandwich shop where Ive never had a problem.

They take pride in making their sandwiches and theyre a heck of a lot better than Subway they got better food nice people and a very clean clean restaurant

These sandwiches are much better than Subways. Togos has fair food and the employees here seemed very new and therefore slow, but the food is worth the price. For sandwich places, youre much better off to go to an Eriks Deli or your local deli, but in a pinch Togos is much, much better than Subway.

Earlier today, a transphobic employee rejected my gender identity and then proceeded to give me hate filled stares for the rest of my visit. Generally I enjoy going to Togos, but this particular employee made me feel unwelcome and unsafe the entire time I was there. I refuse to support any business that could fill a customer service position with such a hate-filled person.

I did wait for about 10 min but that is ok for great food and great customer service. Very pleased with the quality and service of this place. Will come back.

Very friendly employees, clean facilities. Willing to work with me to make a customized #14 (hummus and veggiewith extra vegan fixings-- bean/corn mix is delicious on this.

Very clean restaurant. Came in on a Thursday around 12.30pm the line was worked very quick the 2ait was minimal. Was able to order a sandwich which was nicely made. Staff was polite and professional. Totally recommend this restaurant

I eat hear all the time, mostly on my work lunch break! The sandwiches & wraps are delicious, hearty, & reasonably priced. Not to mention the tea there is great! The service is very good & they get the customers through pretty quickly. I think Ive never waited more than 5 minutes to be helped. Bathrooms & dinning area always clean. Some tables located outside the entrance if you want to sit outside. Only downfall is the parking lot is small!

I have loved Togos since I was a kid. Im glad they are expanding again and this location in Oakdale is nice. Good stop for a sandwich.
