Excellent communication, scheduling, promptness and professionalism. Whenever theyre scheduled to come out to spray, they ask if there are any special requests or extra areas for treatment. I recently noticed a bald faced hornet nest near my back door. I gave PCC a call to see if they could take care of the nest the next day during my routine treatment, and they were able to accommodate my request. It was such a relief! I highly recommend PCC, and their quarterly treatment program.

We had Joe come out today and do a quarterly spray and rodent baiting at our house. We absolutely LOVED how detailed he was in explaining what he was doing and why. Helping us with keeping files mice away from our house and keeping the wasps away from our fence to keep our 2 kids and 2 dogs safe from being stung. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! I work in an institution that used to be serviced by another company. Back then (many years ago), even with treatments, we had a problem with cockroaches and water bugs. When I returned to work for this same institution (almost two years now), I noticed that the problem is non-existent. I do not have to spot-treat any problem areas or go behind the technicians to supplement their work. These guys are the real deal. I would highly recommend them.

Walked around the house with me as I pointed out wasp nests, found other nests I did not know about, sprayed and scraped the nests off of my house. I did not order or request this service. We are cautious about what chemicals (if anydue to my childrens allergies and small animals.Ryan (company employeedecided to contaminate my yard without verifying he had the correct address!Company claims chemicals are not harmful and nothing they can do. They suggested I go hose down the area. So if that is true, and you want pest control, do not waste your money on something that can be cleared away by water!

We’ve had PCC do our yard for around 3 years now. Had a couple different techs and always have done a nice job. We’ve had big mosquito issues since we’re in a rural area and after the treatment they’re services have really taken care of it. The quarterly treatment always is nice to have as well for maintenance purposes around the house. After a little confusion on the last appointment Nicole, Matt, and Andy were prompt, professional, and super responsive in helping to resolve. Super transparent and very reliable. Thankful for their kindness and willingness to help.

I have been using this service for many years and all of the techs I have met have been very respectful and polite. They call about 10 minutes before arriving and are thorough and ask questions to make sure you are being taken care of. They send reminders and are very easy to get ahold of. Every rep I have come to my house is VERY professional. They are all very considerate and easy going, they don’t judge me at the state of my home when they come spray for bugs- over all a great company that really helps our home stay ant and pest free. For a large home in the country where we have many bugs- it’s quite the feat.

Called Tuesday. Technician arrived at Wednesday appointment on time. Took the time to talk about the issues we were having and to carefully inspect before recommending a plan of action. Did not to try to oversell products or services not needed. Treated both inside and outside. Talked about how long product would take to work and when to call back if problems continue. Wore mask whenever inside or interacting with us. Very professional throughout. Very pleased with experience. Assuming pests are gone I would definitely call them again should we have further issues.

He treated the hive and will be coming back within 48-72 hours to complete the removal of the hive. I contacted Chase on Sunday afternoon, & he got back to me even though it was a weekend. We spoke by phone Monday and he was out at my home by Tuesday afternoon to perform services.
