Nothing but a good experience at the Shamokin Dam loceveryone from the front desk guy, piercer, and my artist. They are friendly, very knowledgeable and professional! I have been there for 2 piercings and 4 tattoos so far and will continue to go back!I have zero artististic ability, but my artist seems to nail it for each tattoo🙂

Asked about a tattoo, told me how big he thinks it should be, then added a super high price and exaggerated multiple sessions. When I agreed to it all , he then didnt seem interested in even doing the tattoo at all. Took his info, sent multiple emails with pictures...never heard back. Total waste of time , good thing theres much better artists and options to choose from... 2 stars for giving the option to leave this review.

This is my go to shop for custom color tattoos. You arent just going to walk in and get tattooed. AJ will go over what your ideas are and then create a custom one of a kind design for you.The shop can be booked out as much as a month ahead but the wait is surely worth it for something you will have with you forever.

Highly professional , decent pricing for top quality work. Would recommend anyone looking for quality tattoo work

Everyone at this shop was absolutely incredible. Great energy and made sure you knew what was going on every step of the way. Stacy is the best piercer Ive ever seen! She was incredibly descriptive with aftercare and made it a very comfortable situation, despite the needle going through my tongue. I would 100% go back

We went in for a tattoo the we sent a picture of to the artist and he said he could do. We drove 45mins to get there for him to tell us he cant. It was a nickel size butterfly and he was charging $160. Very poor attitude. I do not recommend.

Awesome custom tattoo shop. You wont find anything on the wall. Everything is one of a kind tailored to you. Prices are reasonable but not cheap. Ask for AJ, hell hook you up.

Have received multiple piercing here and have never had a problem! They look amazing and I can’t wait to come back for more. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a clean place to get a piercing.

I don’t normally write reviews, but for this terrible of an experience I just had to. I walked in for matching tattoos with my best friend on July 5, and it was downhill from there. I went before she did, and the artist was extremely rough. So rough he was shaking my entire body because my friends even noticed it. The tattoo, although it wasn’t complicated, took less than 10 minutes including the shading. It was extremely rushed, and the resulting tattoo is definitely a reflection of that. My roommate got her tattoo, and hers looks beautiful. He actually took his time on hers. once she was finished and we compared, we noticed our tattoos were completely different. The artist came over and saw I was visibly upset and asked if I wanted anything fixed. I said yes and told him the 2-3 things I wanted fixed. And guess what? All he did was throw in some more shading and completely ignored all of the things I asked to be fixed. I have multiple other tattoos, and I have never had one that has bled for HOURS and today looks infected and bruised. Now, I have a $60 tattoo on my arm that looks like absolute garbage. I’ve been wearing a bandaid over it because its embarrassingly horrible. He knew he messed up too because he told us to not even worry about the tip. I am SO disappointed because I know many people who have gotten wonderful tattoos from here and the studio has a 4.5 star rating. Beware of this place, because now I have to spend the money to go somewhere else and have it fixed.

Im going to be on this on this but they are very pricey because I get SSI every month and theyre asking a lot of money for a tattoo Berita 400 for a small tattoo like theyre going to break me because I only get 500 a month but AJ is really cool down Earth and the other one was amazing I dont know his name sorry but this is too expensive for me I guess Im going to have to go back to Body Mods
