I have used Cindy and the Tabs team for well over 4 years now. My mother and father also used the services of the Tabs team.These guys are always available and on top on my accounts.Cindy has always been accommodating to my business requirements, her enthusiasm and dedication was just as great when we had a team of 4 staff, as it is now with a team of 30 employees. Keep up the great work!!!

Really bad. Cindy who runs the show is as gruff as can be. Add to this her reports were all over the place. Have had to resubmit to ATO on two occasions. No apology from Tabs (Cindywho - oddly, cant be contacted after lunch. Seriously unprofessional. My experience was a hot mess. There are plenty of super efficient bookkeeping services around who will get it right the first time and be readily contactable if needed. Weird.

Awful. Just awful. I had a brief experience with them and a long term friend of mine had a more lengthy encounter. For me, I found the whole thing odd. Cindy was the woman I dealt with who was condescending in all my encounters. She employs various people who I understand do most of the number entries. In any case my reports were more often than not wrong and needed constant adjusting. I felt I had to have eyes over everything which defeated the purpose. My new bookkeeper is just lovely and informative and most importantly provides me with what Im paying for, on time and correct in every instance. Stay clear.

I had a dreadful experience. I have a small business but still expected to be treated with respect. I found the owner incredibly rude. She spoke to me like a child and went on to tell me I lacked intelligence. Never experience anything like it before. Just dreadful.
