I had a good experience booking the ticket for my family through Travel Crafters, and Kumar Sirivardene was very happy to look at all the travel options and found most suitable route and ticket pricing to Sri Lanka. He is always helpful, very pleasant to deal with and provided a prompt response. I am happy with the service and would definitely recommend him and Travel Crafters for their friendly services.

For over a year now, at least five times Travel Crafters -- Nirav and his team have helped me get the best route, airline and tickets to India. Despite tough odds during Mar-Apr 2021, their team did a phenomenal job. Worst Experience. They didn’t confirm my ticket but they sent me pdf to pay and when I go for check in and I came to know that my ticket is not confirmed. I never gonna suggest anyone about this them.

One of my friends recommended and I have given a call to Travel Crafters to buy air tickets to London. I have bought three tickets to London yesterday.Agent Kumar @ Travel Crafters helped to find the best ticket for our family. He has given a well customer service and give us a best price. Worst travel agent ever. They knew Thai Airways is having issues with the refund on airlines but they still suggested to buy Thai tickets. Then we didnt receive the refund until we complained with out merchant bank CBA. The follow up from overseas when the ticket was also very difficult as the person in charge always seems to busy

I cant thank Travel Crafters enough for their help in an extremely difficult time.Part 1 (going)- My father in law passed away in India and we needed to travel within a day to India for the last rites. This seemed nearly impossible in this Pandemic, considering we had a brain fade with the shocking news. Thank God, that is where I found Mona Daves number from a Facebook group. Her advice helped us in getting the travel exemption and a negative covid result within hours. Following that, they booked the flight and we could fly within a day. All my friends were surprised how could I pull this off so soon in this Pandemic.Part 2 (return- The return journey was even more challenging with the Covid surge in India. Because of their network and connections, Travel crafters booked the flights which were never found online on any websites. There was a last min cancellation due to a sudden change in Singapores transit policy for Indians, and we thought we lost that money. But because of their relationship with the airlines, they could pull out that money and book through another airline.Nirav, Mona and the rest of the travel crafters team - a big shout out to you and your team for your honesty, professionalism, work ethic, and responsiveness. Without your help, this trip was extremely difficult!

I purchased my India Sydney travel tickets from Mona as she was highly recommended in my ladies group and I am happy to take the right decision by choosing her. I contacted travel Crafters around end of February 2021 for flight tickets from India to Australia. I was in one of their Whatsapp groups where they post the itinerary for flights and stay. I was constantly in touch with one of their members named Ms. Mona Dave. She always responded to any queries I had about the itineraries they would post. I have put case against them in Fair trading let see Bz i have tried so many times to get back my refund.
