Weve been customers of Allstate and Trent for a while now. We always get great customer service and have been satisfied with the coverages.

Trent is a great agent who is always ready to tackle any problem the limits of the policies allow. With that said, Allstate itself is very stingy on what can be covered and as a result may force us to leave so we can get our home (Pole Barn Frameinsured.

Trent has been very informative and ready to help with all of the changes that I have had to make in moving to Colorado. Super nice guy!

Mr. Rundell is a very good insurance agent and knows all the questions asked of him about the different policies that are available. I personally asked Mr. Rundell that if my neighbor throws trash (beer cansin my yard and my dog eats them and gets sick from it, would that be covered under my home owners insurance. He then told me that I would need proof that my neighbor was the one doing it, then I should contact the police, or the Army.

Great customer service! Trent spent alot of time explaining things to my newly licensed son when we got him insured. He explained to him what to do in an accident, how important it is to not let a policy lapse and gave him things to keep in his glove box. Trent rundell to put in lamens terms puts the a in insurAnce. So I was with another low level (at the time had no idea they were such greasy scumbagsinsurance company registered under my vehicle. Anyways coming down I 25 with a a car full of screaming kids and a hitch hiker in the passenger seat. Think about that...if that isnt responsibility you tell me what why. We are coasting at a brisk 67 mph listening to the beach boys (the hitchhiker randomly had tapes and I wanted to exercise thay sweet tape deck in the carand out of nowhere head on annihilated a deer. ThE deer was toasted and so was the car. Anyways not.not to get into the whole detailed area of everything not to mention my wife not making it any easier on the situation or our marriage but long story short that scumbag company wouldt cover a perfectly good disaster. I mean hitting an animal with a car full of kids and a stranger next to you is textbook reason insurance companies are around. Anyways I went to all state, talked to trent who I now call my man trex. Trex listened, got it covered and is always in contact and h cares. Thanks t re x 5 stars buddy you know who this Is. Its me the guy who hit the deer with a car full.of.kids and a hitchhiker
