Bought some tamales for Christmas and I was pleased that tamales at Tresierras were as close as to my favorite aunts authentic Mexican tamales... they were delicious! Strongly recommend to try the chicken mole tamales, along the chicken salsa verde ones! Not only were they priced reasonably but the flavors of each of these tamales were are as close to homemade as you can get. Tried some of the competitors and they were not even close to Tresierras authentic mexican flavors. Strongly recommend.

Cashiers not wearing masks! 70% of items are overpriced. Lots of stocking issues as well.

I am reporting you for price gouging I went to your store today and you were charging 6 dollars for eggs , I left went down the street and bought 2 dozen for under 7 dollars a dozen 3.39 thats almost double people are hurting out here this is not acceptable so Im reporting you to the district attorney

Purchased 2 jose ole frozen burritos this morning got home to find out there a year past there expiration date grossss

I would give it 0 stars but thats not an option. Their security guard descriminates against people. Shell appear and dissapear in every isle i shopped at today just following us around. I am no thief, i feel she was irritating me and discriminating against me. She was eyeballing us, and I dont look like a gangster!!.

Down the street from my house and one of my favorite places to pick up some quick k things like cucumbers and lemons. Nice and clean place and nice clerks.

I love the store they always have good produce my favorite Part is getting their agua frescas

I hate going there Ive purchased a couple items from here before and they were expired. Also the cashiers are horrible !!!

Only go when I have to! I whether go to another Mexican store... They price their items to High!

I had to stop shopping to ask for the bathroom key and employee refused to open it for me, 3 more ladies came with small kids and also refused laying about the key, those ladies rised hell and they had no choice but to open. Very ungrateful employees. I did not buy anything and never coming back. A little human courtesy goes a long way.

Purchased spoiled meat a couple times with used by dates 2 to 3 days to go. One of the packages of pork chops had a black one concealed. Never again!

Recommend this very much, have been going here for years and the feeling of walking in is great.

Best prices for produce.

Went to deli for dinner, the younger gal didnt know what she was doing. The older lady acted like I was bothering her. Then the older ladys friend was in line. She stopped helping me 3 times to help her friend. Very dissatisfied with service. I wont be going back. 30 dollars wasted. One more interruption and I was canceling order. Not worth the hassle. Lesson learned.

Went there two times for burritos from their deli. The customer service was so bad both times, Im never going back! Customer service is everything! I worked in the grocery business for 27 years so I know.

Check up waiting lines every time

They dont answer the phone. Aweful service. Called 6 times and no answer. Clearly the manger is sitting on hi/her butt and not paying attention to customers or employees and making sure phones are being answered.

Most of the products are above price. No rewards cards, specials have it at weekly and monthly, but you wont find it at the store. Either weekly or monthly specials are missing, so dont rely on finding it. Andean bread is better than elsewhere and jalapeño and cream cheese bread. Meat department never try it, so dont know. Food court birria is good, but highly recommend to try first, it varies the cook and so the flavor. Salads are good as well, cut fruit and cucumber with jicama (Mexican turnip). Drinks all have sugar only. I recommended is Faraon young coconut water. Customer service is better before 2 P.M. after than is worst.

They go out of their way to help disabled shoppers get items they normally dont carry. They have van to deliver the foodand passenger home.
