Totally awesome virtual shopping. I have a retailer about 9 miles from me that I wont go to because they are not helpful. I will go to Trollbeads Crossgates online before I go anywhere else. I love this place! Rachel and Grace are true professionals who obviously love their jobs and enjoy helping their customers. Both ladies are very friendly and knowledgeable about their product and there is always a relaxed atmosphere, no high pressure sales. Skip the wait and unhelpful staff at Pandora! Trollbeads offers products that are very high quality and unique. Definitely worth a visit!
