Solid go to chain. Lunch there is quick & easy for drive through or pick up

Wrong order. Stale chips. Not happy with having to always check my order after I receive it just to see if it’s right. Unfortunately, I didn’t check this time bc I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

No complaints at all. Everything has always been well made. Tasted good. Fresh. The people have always been kind. 10/10

You really cant go wrong with Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I typically get the Chia Banana Boost smoothie and its always good, but today I wanted to try something new...I got the Blimey Limey and its fantastic. I also got the avocado grilled cheese sandwich and it was just as good. Definitely recommend them to anyone.My one complaint is how fast the service was. As far as I could tell, I was the only person they were preparing food for when I got there, and I still sat in the drive thru for a while. Im happy with how my food was prepared, though.

Smoothie was refreshing, especially with the high temperature lately. Also had a little lunch, absolutely pleased.

There were two cars in the drive thru, so I parked and went in to order a few smoothies. It was 7:15pm. My daughter and I stood at the register for more than 5 minutes and the three employees were so busy preparing food that they never even greeted us. We walked out and went to Cold Stone across the street instead.

I was recommended by a friend about having a detox tropical smoothie, and I decided to try back again the place. It was so good that I got a new favorite smoothie in my things to have.

Since when do people Tip at a drive thu is that a thing now?OK say it was a thing..... Its my choice weather to tip or no. If its good service Yes tip.. Bad.. well the tip depends on how the service was. You dont force people to tip. Ive been there several times and never have I been forced to tip at the drive thu until today. Poor service right there.

Never in my life have I tipped at a drive thru I didnt even know this was an option. Even if it was its my choice if I want to tip or not. This afternoon I stopped in for a couple of smoothies with my friends and was forced to give a tip. We stop in frequently, so we know the price of our order. The lady at the drive through gave us our total then asked what percentage we wanted to tip. I said excuse me? Do you want to tip 10%, 15%, or 20%. Umm.. I have exact change for my order and thats all we have so Sorry, Zero (With a big ol question mark expression). She wouldnt give us our order until we gave at tip. So, we found our selves digging for dropped change on the floor and in between the seats. Luckily we found 10%.. Since when is tipping at a drive thru a thing?

Love it… but they cancel your online orders almost every time. Aside from that they are great!

They have edible straws!! This made me very happy. I know plastic is bad but I HATE paper straws..just sayin

Always great my last our whole order was free ($35because they got a new system and couldnt figure out how to swipe our card. No complaints 👌🏻 handled professionally and timely.

Not good today folks. My smoothie is watery and my "hot" flatbread sandwich is still cold inside. I guess the boss is not around today.This was my worst TSC experience ever. I dont think Ill come back to this location. Im very unsatisfied.What? How did you do that? I didnt see your response until I edited to explain my one start review.Definite props for a quick response.I bumped you back up to four because theres nothing better than good customer service.Thank you.

First time here and I really enjoyed the food and the smoothie was amazing! Food selection seems healthy and fresh! Fresh fruit smoothie as well!! Will try again if given the opportunity

Staff was amazing. My first smoothie ever. Went in during pandemic, they were very courteous as patient as they all were closing in 19 minutes but it took me 20 to order! Thanks girls! Keep up the great work!And my smoothie was delicious! TS4LIFE!

Had to go through the drive-through after the app kept erroring out on my order. I ordered two kids meals with chips and my meal. We drove away to go eat the food since you can’t eat inside during this time. We got to our destination and found out that they didn’t give us our chips with the order. I called the restaurant to tell them and he said ‘OK, do you want to drive through again?’ I told him we had driven away and that wasn’t possible since the car was now parked and kids eating. He then did offer them to put my name in the book to comp chips later. I said it wasn’t worth my time but that they need to check their orders before giving them to customers.

We stopped by to get a refreshing treat. We normally get the açaí berry boost but wanted to try out the Mango Magic...and it just wasn’t really what we were expecting. We went back to let the staff know and Josh was beyond professional!! He took care of our order with the best customer service! Thank you Josh!!

So me and my mom went there friday to eat because we thought it would be a good place to eat. We went to the Rogers location and when we got our food it was good except for the tortilla was really tough and we couldnt eat it. So when we was eating we seen a worker go roll up a mat that was by the door and then I seen him go straight to the back and was putting papers on the metal trays without washing his hands. Can you imagine going here and eating not knowing if they washed there hands or not. Then afterwards I went up front to buy me and my mom a cookie to try it and the guys dissapeared and which left a girl with really short hair and I stood up there a few minutes while she leaned against a counter playing on her phone. Very bad service so we dont know if we want to go back there or not.

Good food, nice staff. Hardworking employee forgot to wash his hands after handling the large doormats. He took them out for shaking, rolled them up, then began stocking the kitchen and checking off a list.

I walked in to order a smoothie, two men were helping a lady at the register go over different kinds of smoothies. One girl walking around dancing to the music playing. All the while I waited at the counter for 12 minutes before walking out. Not one person ever greeted me or asked if I needed anything. I love tropical smoothie but would discourage anyone from using this location.

I really enjoy their smoothies when it is hot out & I am headed to the AMP. When it is cooler out I enjoy some of their wraps. Food & smoothies are always good and making substitutions is never a problem.

This location had the best customer service out of the other I visited. I loved that they had Christian music playing. Great smoothies that have a no sugar added option & can be modified if needed due to allergies or intolerances. Love it.

Good food. Waited in line, in the drive thru trapped, for 30 min. Not kidding. When I finally got to the window I was thinking at least we would get a coupon, something. Instead the teenager opened the window, laughed, and said crazy day huh. Charged me full price and closed the window. Their food is okay, but not worth that hassle. Wont be returning.

I love their flatbread sandwiches. Their food is fresh and I believe it is healthier than most fast food restaurants. I love that they give you the option to select an apple or banana rather than chips. Since you can see the staff prepare your food you know the place is clean and food prep area is sanitary. The downside? The noise from the food blenders is unpleasant and intrusive so I chose to take out rather than eat in. For this reason, I dont go here as much as I would if they would close off the blenders to tamp down the noise.

The Hummus Veggie Wrap is so good. I had it without cheese, ranch and onions (veganized it). The only thing I would prefer is not using styrofoam to be more eco friendly. Unfortunately, a lot of restaurants still use single use non-recyclable products.My husband and myself also enjoyed the Island Green Smoothie and the Chia Banana Boost with Peanut butter on a different day and they were both really filling and tasty!

Yum, yum, and yum! Unique food that is very tasty, always fresh, and always quick! We use the app to order and love that its ready the moment we get there. The staff is always very friendly and the food is always good! Cant ask for more!

Ive never had a really good experience here. The smoothies taste different every time. The wait is too long and the customer service is non existent. Not worth it. Id recommend Smoothie King instead.

So yummy! Acai berry boost is my favorite, so refreshing! I love being able to order ahead on the app, but service is fast if even if I dont!

The food is good...if they get your order right. They got 2/3 of my order today wrong and lied to my face when I asked them to verify my order. After today I will forever be the person that sits in the drive-thru line to check my food.

The staff there is awesome very friendly I made a giant mess they helped me clean it up and offered me a new smoothie. best place yet! We have found a new awesome restaurant to be regulars at.

Its very busy on weekday mornings, so leaving a bit earlier during your morning commute to work is advisable. I had a Triple Berry Oat and just didnt like the flavor. I would not suggest having it with additional sweetener, so no Splenda. Ive had similar smoothies and liked them, so thought this would be a good choice. My daughter had the Mocha Madness and loved it. Im sure Ill go back and try something different

We love TSC...fresh ingredients and great service. Im able to find weight-watcher friendly meals here, and the kids meal choices are awesome. They have a large selection of smoothies and are generally very efficient during busy lunch and dinner hours!

Tropical smoothie has a few options to choose from when it comes to smoothies and food. For the money its worth, the food and service makes it great for a quick lunch stop that is a healthier option. Dining in is always nice, with staff being friendly. Drive thru can become congested in busier hours. Overall a great place to grab a smoothie and a quick bite to eat, whether you are dining in or on the go.

Love happy hour in the morning. Always friendly staff and quick. Chia banana with peanut butter is such a great breakfast! Highly recommend.

Ive eaten here several times and always enjoy the food. -Even though there are a lot of blenders going, the acoustics are good, so its not noisy: Its a great place to meet and have lunch :)

I love tropical smoothie. My fiance and I visit almost every day of the week. The sunset location is our favorite. Today we encountered a problem but the manager was quick to resolve it even tho he cant control the app we love this place!

Their smoothies have gotten really watered down more and more and my order has been wrong the last 4 times.This last order I requested the blimey limey ,sub the strawberry with kiwi. I have asked for this many times before and its always yellowI get a pink drive drink this time. I asked the person the served me if it had strawberries in it and she said no. I tasted it, and it did have some strawberry it. You could taste it even watered down as it was.We also ordered 2 wraps to go. Neither of the wraps were marked for which one was what so we had to unwrap the burrito style wrap (they didnt cut it in the middle at least so we could see which one was whichand when we opened one it was hard to put back together so the wrap was a complete mess to eat.I kept trying to call to ask for the manager, but It would ring once then go to busy signalThis tropical smoothie has gone down hill

Every time I go there I always buy the same exact thing but get charged a different price every time. Talked to a couple different people about this even offered receipts and was greeted with hostility. By the time I finished talking I was either highly irritated, a little angry or absolutely astonished by the way customers are treated when they point out a discrepancy. One female in particular was quite snotty and rude, if I had not caught my drink just right as she was trying to shove it at me I would have wore it! This used to be my favorite place but not anymore

Christian, the cashier, was super helpful in my decision, being a first time buyer! The smoothie was a large size & it was super filling!! Exactly what I need being an athlete and always on the go!! I have a feeling this is going to be a place I go very frequently!!
