UPDATE - Still with Troy and I moved 16 years ago now. Best agent! - ORIGINAL - I lived in Midvale 8 years ago and when I moved out of the city I ended up switching another agent. What a mistake! I moved back to Troy even though I live 50 miles away because every time I have needed anything from him he is SO responsive. I dont plan on using anyone else for my car and home insurance. You cant go wrong using this guy!!

Mckinzi at Troys office is awesome!! With one phone call, she helped me get my car towed and fixed, and calmed me down all at the same time. I was really dreading the whole process but she was so kind and helpful. I wish I could call Troys office with all my problems!!

I had an issue a while ago that left me un-renewable for state farm, due to legal restrictions. I was contacted by the agent Gary Collins, and he was extremely helpful and charismatic, while both assisting in explaining the situation, and providing resources for me so that I could get covered by a high risk insurer. He didnt have to assist me with that, he could have easily stopped at "you arent being covered anymore" but instead he gave great info and turned a bad situation into a good experience. If they will take me back once Im no longer high risk, I would gladly go back to their agency based on that call alone. And that doesnt even include how great they were while I was in good standing. Ive received the same service from this office whether I had only 1 vehicle policy, or now where I have over 6 vehicles, a home and multiple life policies.When Ive had emergencies over a weekend or holdiay and there office is closed, Troy has managed to return my messages despite being with his family or taking personal time off.I recommend Troy to anyone looking for a new insurance agent, or a quote on existing policies.

Troy and McKenzie are the best agent team I have ever worked with. Troy takes the time to talk you through every detail and option. I recently got rear ended and Troy took half an hour to talk with me, calm me down, and gave me hope. He sent me a sympathy card when my husband passed away. He sends me birthday cards. I have been with State Farm for about a year and half. I started paying 212 a month and then I got into a small fender bender and my insurance went up to 356. That sucks but it is still a better rate then any other insurance company. So hopefully my rate will drop soon. So I think State Farm is the best insurance company at least for me. And Troy and Gary are awesome to work with.
