Customer service is always good whenever Ive been in, fast and friendly.
Closes at midnight? Nope. Husband has been there two weeks in a row and they are closed at 11pm.
✔🙌 Pleez update your store hours, if you regularly intend to close at midnight🕛🌒 or are NOT going to be open 24 hours, as stated on your page. Might not be a bad idea to post📝 the business hours at the door as well ~~~ Thank You❕
One of the worst stores to go into in relation to customer service. Every employee there has an attitude and they take it out on the customers. They are always on their personal phones, sitting on milk crates behind the register and making us wait for them to finish texting or playing games. They give you a hard time using your rewards card and wont let you use refill discount even though everyone else is.
I visit this location, quite a bit. Im always said hi, to and treated nicely.I was just there, today, and bought my favorite favorite drink. I know this drink is pretty expensive, I only buy it once in awhile.I love it!Thanks to all the employees that have been there for me, the customer, and doing a great job. Thank you.🤩😋🍿🍩
Very bad service!
The Turkey Hill Mini Market is not the worst place I have ever been, but it certainly is not the best. I will admit, the station provided me with what I arrived for, a coffee and trail mix, but ‘tis not the destination, but the journey that counts. I just barely pulled into the parking lot with the lowly level of parking skills I possess; it was a frightful scene. The lot was small and inconsiderate to the unfortunate souls like myself who struggle to navigate this barren town. As I pulled the broken door open with as much brute force as I could muster, I was immediately stricken with fear and anxiety. As a young woman I feel constant fear for my life in the very presence of other individuals. The atmosphere of the Turkey Hill was suspenseful and mysterious; imagine the landscape of a post-apocalyptic zombie horror film moments before its first murder. That was me, standing there paying for my goods with the $5 on my debit card. I left and have had an irregular heart rhythm since.
I went in for a pack of cigarettes and tried to use my Newport coupon and I was told I could not use it there. The coupon expires after 5 minutes of hitting the button so my coupon went to a waste. I told them they should put a sign on the door so other people don’t waste theirs and Rachel stared at her phone while telling me their not allowed to. It was very frustrating and unprofessional.
This is my go to little mini Mart. The people have been very friendly to me, the store is typically clean. My only complaint is that they need a better drink selection. When the store got moved around, they dropped some of their energy drinks and their variety. Also, there needs to be a better slushy selection. Turkey Hill in Mcsherrystown has a much better selection, granted a much bigger store also.
I went in to this Turkey Hill to cash a lottery ticket. The cashier Dan was standing there eating some cheesy stringy thing at the registers, and acted as if I was disturbing him and was not friendly at all. He then tells me he didn’t have money to cash the ticket and hands it back to me. It was only a hundred dollar winner, he didn’t even check to see if I wanted tickets or cash, or a combination.I just feel that this is poor customer service. I was in retail for over 25 years and know this is not how you service your customers.Won’t be back.
