I went to buy a 2013 Chevy Impala. The experience was straight forward and easy to follow. No tricky or cleverly word tricks. Just good service and good warranty service for an issue that arose shortly after. The issue was taken care of and wasn’t an issue.

Well what I had done was free but when I called back to get some information the man that answered supposedly being answering and being able to have the answer was very rude and obnoxious and then when I found out the cost is very expensive $120 per hour thats costly a lot especially when you dont know exactly how many hours its going to take them I think they should have to quote you one quote and be done they should not quote you per hour because Im sure theres not an item out there that takes more than a couple hours unless theyre working on more then one automobile at a time and Ive seen them do that will take a break on one and go to the other and work on it or help another worker with one of the other things while the automobile is setting up in the air waiting to be finished theyre adding hours to that so yeah I call this a little bit flaky I dont want to take my automobile to them for attitude and they need to change their costs too much if a person is on low income they should give them a low rate and not say per hour.

Everyone was great! They were patient and helpful. Our salesman took the time with me to pick a vehicle out that would work for me. They understood how hard it was to trade in my Jeep Gladiator, because I loved it so much (but my commute to work was getting ridiculous with gas pricesI would definitely recommend anyone in the search for a vehicle to check out Park Hills Chevrolet.

I was given an appointment to have my car serviced for soon after I called for the appointment. I was received quickly and the employee was friendly and efficient. The service to my car was completed in a timely manner. Overall I was very pleased from my initial call to the time I left with my car. Good job Park Hills Chevrolet!!!

Service department took very good care of our Buick Encore GX SUV. Had oil changed plus tire rotated. Had very comfortable chairs in their waiting area plus a charging station for cellphones.

Everyone needs to make this their FIRST stop when looking for a car. On 10/24 we lost our home/cars to the tornado in Fredericktown. I spent days looking online at dealerships nearby for a car with no luck. A friend recommended Park Hills Chevrolet so we took a trip up and found my dear car within minutes, literally! Tony and his crew made the buying process extremely quick and easy. I got a great car for a great price! I am loving my 2022 Trailblazer!
