Turners Budget Furniture in Lowndes County

We moved to Georgia and needed a couch. Between then and another couch we’ve purchased they have been wonderful. Ours salesman Kevin did not crowd us and let us look around and he made suggestions on what we said we wanted. Between the delivery and haul away options they have always gone above for us and we will continue to use them.

We are totally satisfied with the attention that they give to the client. Kevin is your guy, he is very informative and polite. Our delivery is coming this week and we are really exited.

They had the exact furniture I wanted, but in the wrong color, so after making a few phone calls and a look through a catalog they had the furniture in the right color ordered for me! They went above and beyond to assure that I was happy with my purchase.

Selection was great. Salesman Ian was very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Completing the sale with the final sales staff was simple and swift. I highly recommend Turner Furniture for all of your furniture needs.

Our salesman Jacob is awesome. Hes personable and so helpful. We did find a dining table at Turners Budget Furniture and the ordering process went smoothly. Turners has beautiful pieces and for budget conscience individuals, there is still great pieces at great prices on the budget side.

We had just moved into the area and needed furniture for pretty much the whole house. We went in Turners Budget furniture on a Saturday and even though the place was pretty busy we were helped right away. Samantha Young was the salesperson helping us, she took the time to explain where all the different types of furniture was staged and hung back and let us investigate on our own but was always close by if we had any questions. I would recommend this business and this salesperson to anyone looking for a good deal and to be handled with respect.

This was actually my second time coming in this week. Mr. Will wasn’t there but fortunately enough Jacob was available. I explained what I was looking for and we went over a few options. Long story short I walked out with exactly what I was looking for. There was no pressure to purchase or no fancy sales pitches. Phenomenal job Jacob and I’ll definitely be back soon.

Samantha was very knowledgeable on all the recliners we looked at. She has an up beat personality which will really help her in the future. There was no lag time, she met my husband and I at the door, we told her what we were looking for and she directed us to the show room. Turners had the Ashley furniture I wanted but there was a back and forth with the deals they had stated. Online they had tax free code which means the pricing was different. In store they did not honor the tax free deal which was odd but they offered 10% off each item which the total was more than ordering online?! Pretty much it was cheaper to order online than in store. They also brought my furniture to my house but the drawers fell out and dented my wall. I was offered a patch and repaint but they never followed up on their end. There was a lot of back and forth cause they also brought me the wrong bed rail for my bed. I also waited a month for furniture when it was stated available but when I ordered in store it was a wait which was odd. Kevin helped me with the deal which I feel everything stated above was not his fault but Turner’s.

Samantha made the whole process very easy. The prices were great and they even price matched an item for me! We were able to get todays prices and they will hold delivery until we close on our new home. Highly recommend Turners

Jontae was very helpful when we were furniture shopping. He was very attentive and showed us around the entire showroom. He gave us enough room to not feel smothered, but was also there when we had questions about furniture pieces. He also shared his passion for furniture and design advice with my wife and I during our recent visit. Highly recommend Turner Furniture and Jontae was very helpful. We ended up purchasing a dining room table and a Lazy Boy sleeper sofa.

We went to Turners to find a new couch and table. Shopped here helping my son furnish his first home. Kevin was our salesperson and made our shopping experience very pleasant. He helped with navigating the store without being overbearing. Kevin was knowledgeable on the product and was able to answer all of our questions. My son was able to get everything he needed. Overall, wonderful experience.

The sales representative that assisted us was Jacob and he was so helpful and respectful of our time and needs for furniture. He was also very knowledgeable on all of Turner’s financing options for my potential purchase. Turners fine furniture is the the best. We purchased a beautiful Italian leather sofa with love seat. Jacob Baker was great in helping Melissa and I find the right furniture for us. Heck I even purchased an ottoman that I haven’t even seen yet! Great store we will definitely be back.
