Bill Arnold was the guy we were rooting for besides Michael Baltins and we got our man we wanted to make the sale happen. Tuscaloosa stood up to the reviews on internet and social media and we drove with confidence from Atlanta to drive back in the new car. Never pushy once in the 3 hour process. Worth to name the F&I manager Chad Owens who was not pushy either with all after car warranty products. Got us out the door in less than 3 hours. Great team, dealership and PRICING was matchless and unbeatable across all 50 states and dealerships, which is why we drove out of state to Tuscaloosa of Toyota.Would buy by my next car from them for a family of seven, be it LS 500 or LX 600.

Sales reps were great! Hunter Dennis helped us last year with our very used 4Runner, and Jeremy stepped up in a Saturday to show us around. Sam, one of their new reps to this area, was extremely helpful when I test drove the Highlander.We bought an older 4Runner about 12 months ago and I just didn’t like the truck feel. I was hoping for the Corolla Cross but no time to order & wait. Frustrating that the website shows in transit, but all those are purchased already. We had issues in the last few weeks with the 4Runner losing oil. I already knew I was turning it in for a newer model of something, so the oil leak was a huge surprise. (2010 purchased with 165k miles last yearMy husband narrowed the problem down but figured Toyota could take care of the issue. Well- we were told that this should have been sold privately and not brought in for trade. “It’s unheard of.” We ended up going with a 2020 RAV4 because the Highlander payment was a little high, but it WAS brand new. We were offered $9k on our 4Runner with 194k miles on it.The RAV4 had 66k miles, it was a rental car previously, so pretty nice condition. However- no floor mats offered. (We bought our last Camry at Enterprise sales & THEY sent new floor mats!!)I guess what I’m saying is Toyota sales reps are top notch, but I’ll go to Enterprise to find my next trade up. Hoping I can find a Highlander!

Not happy with car purchase as it’s “CPO” and was serviced by Toyota techs. Techs caused damages to car when changing oil etc and didn’t install parts on right. A month later Al the front bumper parts came loose and drug on the road. Supposively offers warranty on cpo cars but doesn’t instead it’s our fault for the damages. Now stuck with a car with payments that I can not drive! If u buy a car there, buy new and not pre owned!
Very bad experience. Took over two hours for an oil change and light bulb change. They tried very hard to force other services on me after I had turned them down. Service rep started again on what I should have done. I said no, I told you I wasnt interested. He kept on. I said I wont be back. He said he was doing his job. You have lost a five year customer this time. And I have purchased two Camrys from you. I wont return.
I reached out to Tuscaloosa Toyota out of state because they had a vehicle in stock I was having difficulty finding at home.Hunter and the team were extremely helpful. They treated me with respect as if I were standing right next to them. Hunter even took a video walk-around of the vehicle I was interested in. AND when I asked for some follow-up pictures, he sent them over immediately. Wow!Although I didnt end up buying a car with them, I got a great feeling about the team and Im sure I would have been happy with the purchase

I had planned a trip 2 months in advance and decided to rent from hertz only to arrive there at 8am and not be able to receive a car until 11am. The car that I received had a huge hole in the floor board and I was told that I had t to take the that car or pay $800 extra for a different car. I left there and Googled rental cars and Tuscaloosa Toyota came up so I decided to give them a call thinking that they probably wouldnt have anything available at the last minute. Deanna and Tracey were extremely helpful and got me on the road within a few minutes. I had no idea Tuscaloosa toyota even rented cars but I will definitely be renting again. I rented a beautiful highlander and when we returned my husband wanted to purchase it. Thank you Tuscaloosa toyota for making a bad day turn in to a good day! I will definitely be purchasing my next car here and I have also recommended the highlander to a co worker.

I wasnt going to bother with a review at first, but now I am pretty upset so I will be leaving one. I pulled up to Tuscaloosa Toyota, parked my car, and began to walk the lot looking at their inventory. I noticed several salespeople were watching me, so I waited to see if any would at least start walking my way. After 15 minutes of still no contact I decided to walk to the front. I found a salesman who was by himself and started walking his way. I approached him and tried to start a conversation by asking him how his day was, and he looked at me like I wasnt speaking English. He completely ignored me so I went in. Still ignored. I left the building and as soon as I got in my car, I noticed the same salesman (I dont know his name, I just know hes blond, a little on the heavier side, and his haircut is one of those nappy looking ones that are currently extremely popular with tik tok wannabe hot boysrush up, right past me and greet two ladies who had just pulled up and parked about 4 places down from me.I dont know why I was ignored and treated so badly, and I wasnt even going to make a review until I saw the ladies get immediately helped by the same dude who couldnt even acknowledge that I asked how his day was going.
I love this place 🥰 they are so welcoming and really go the extra mile for their customers. My husband and I just brought home a 2022 Toyota Camry SE with XP Package and its been the best experience to buy from Tuscaloosa Toyota. I purchased my new 4Runner from Tuscaloosa Toyota and it was so easy and hassle free. When I first arrived I was introduced to Michael Baltins who was my sales agent. He was so patient with me making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. When I traded in my old car, I neglected to get my seat belt extender from the back seat where my grandsons booster seat sets. It is very difficult for him to buckle his seat belt without the extender. I sent Michael a text and he found it for me! When I went by to pick up the extender I ran into Michael and he was still just as pumped as I was that I was able to get the car of my dreams. If I ever decide to purchase another Toyota, Ill be looking for Michael.
Hands down the best car buying experience we’ve ever had, and we’ve had our fair share! Every single person we worked with was super nice, honest, straight to the point and we never felt pressured. The process was easy and much quicker than usual. We were pulling out in our new 4Runner in less than 3 hours! We went to 2 other toyota dealerships before coming here and when I say the price difference was huge… I was honestly shocked! You also can’t beat their lifetime power train warranty! I have recommended them to all of my friends and will definitely be back when that time comes.
Brought my 2021 Corolla here for AC issue. I have zero confidence in this dealerships ability to diagnose much less fix an issue.. I explained what the issue was and on the paperwork they had something completely different as it relates to the issue. I guess this is typical of modern service, I dont know why I thought Toyota would have been different....I DID NOT buy my Toyota here and Im happy about that.... I do not ever see a senerio where I would give this dealership my future business.
Great friendly service! Salesman that helped me was Michael Baltins, he was personable, knowledgeable, and helpful from the start. Highly recommended for answering questions and being helpful through the purchasing process for any car buyer new or experienced. He had a high level of knowledge on the car and was able to help me through a few issues that came up on my end in order to take my sweet ride home.
I would recommend taking your vehicle to Birmingham for service. Here in Tuscaloosa they are not good at estimates, told me they would begin in a couple hours or the next morning, instead took 4 days. Theyre not good at returning phone calls. I do not sense professionalism here

Went car shopping today to get a vehicle and stopped by this dealership. While I didn’t buy from them because of a two thousand dollar better offer at Honda on trade and placed a deposit on an incoming Accord, they did do a great job. They showed me a vehicle, got my trade appraised, and showed numbers in a timely manner. Appreciate their process and effectiveness in getting things done quickly.
About three months ago, I accompanied a friend to Tuscaloosa Toyota to get her truck serviced. As we were waiting in the lobby, Teresa McDaniel, the finance director, stopped by our table and ask how we were doing. As the conversation progressed we mentioned that I was looking for a used Prius and asked if they had one on the lot. She said they didnt but if I would give her my number and email address she would let me know if something came up. After a few weeks and no call back, I figured I fell off the radar. I was thinking to myself, "Im small fry and they dont know me from Adam’s off ox, what was I thinking". Well, Teresa didnt forget me. As soon as the right Prius came in she had sales representative Justin Trull give me a call. He had the car cleaned, gassed up and ready to roll. As we test drove I brought up an issue I noticed and it was addressed very much to my satisfaction. I found a truck on their website and spoke with Trey Chesser who is a sales manager. Went to the dealership and was greeted by Michael Baltins who was very helpful to get us to Trey who was working with other clients. He asked if we would be okay working with Michael which was not an issue. Michael was very helpful explaining the features of the truck and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The total experience was very smooth without feeling pressured in anyway. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle.

He is a very patient, polite young man. Your dealership has a great asset in him. In mid December I unexpectedly found myself in need of a vehicle. After several online inquiries to several several dealerships, Jeremy Johnson was one of the 2 salesman that actually replied. I made it clear to him that I was only interested in 1 vehicle on his lot and was on a budget. That was on a Friday morning. By lunchtime he had me me approved and payment plan ready. Unfortunately, because I live 45 minutes away, there was no way I could get there. Mr. Johnson agreed to send me all of the paperwork and even went a step further and offered to pick me up.
