U-Haul at Kansas Ave in Stanislaus County

Horrible customer service. CC machine was down, people didnt know, stated i needed to have good credit cards. Once I stated if the 2nd card failed I was going to leave, they manually input the card and all was fine. Nobody assisted in the walk thru, I stated that somebody should, they said not our problem. I stated poor customer service, they stated complain. So I am and will with corporate, not that they will care

Friendly and very helpful! Dont get a U-Haul from tíos auto sales. He is a pain and he lies. Doesnt play by U-Haul policy

All good EXCEPT, BE CAREFUL. I was being charged for 2 days when I had the 15ft Box truck for 23 hours and 52 minutes! Their computer system was messing up charging me fir a second day. Look at the details if the transaction when youre returning their vehicle on a following day. Staff was good. I CAUGHT THE NISTAKE, NOT THEM. 😞Otherwise, the rental was good. The truck was clean and ran good.I will rent there again.

Saturday morning was really busy, and employee was slow. Obviously the weekend is a busy time because people are off from work and have time to move and do stuff. Management should plan ahead and schedule more than one employee to attend 10+ people. Employee on the clock tried her best. Shame on the establishment management

They didnt contact us, canceled our reservation, and had no way to contact the store.

They had the wiring harness I needed. Super nice and helpful staff.

Rented a U-Haul from this location with less than 30 miles to use took it to my house open the trailer and noticed it was somewhat stuck I however being a UPS driver what is able to push down and open like any trailer I had to do this twice both times without ease upon returning search U-Haul I was rudely informed through email that I would be getting a $750 charge for damages I called both location during which time a female employee was highly rude telling me that it was my fault and if it wasnt why didnt I call after seeing the damages as well as saying that that was something that should have been looked at when you buy a U-Haul opening the trailer is not something on the list of things to check what you are told to check is besides the front and the mileage as well as the gas not to see if you can open the back or not which was all stated to such an employee as well as the company I am not too sure what is going on with this being as though they have yet to call me back however I refuse to pay $750 for a $80 rental that was used 4 less than 2 hours less than 30 miles when I could have kept such item untill the next day. I did what was told to do which were inspect each side gas mileage and front and not if trailer can open and we noticed a little extra elbow grease opened it

If I could I would give this place zero stars. Horrible customer service. I made an appointment left my car there for a hitch to be applied at 7:30 am and they said it would be ready by 2. I got there at 5 and they had just started working on it. I waited for a half-hour before an employee finally attended me. She told me the car wasnt going to be ready for another hour and if I could come back tomorrow for it and they would give me some kind of discount. Absolutely not!!! I already went one whole day without my car and I needed it. I had things to do. I chose to wait the hour which turned out to be 2hrs😡 I do not recommend this place and will never be going back there again.

The only thing I didnt like is they charged me for 2 gallons of gas and I drove 5 miles total. 2 1/2mpg?

Erica Reyes. Was not help she sucks at testing with the trailer tester even after I told her that that’s not how you test it after I tried helping her and show her she was been rude

Had a great experience. Not sure the girls name, but she was very nice. She had to multitask as she was training a new worker, so patience is important.

Literally the worst customer service ever. Cassandra at this location didnt bother to help us as they said they had already rented out the truck. Sad customer service. DONT GO HERE.

Completely not helpful the young lady behind the plexiglass was slouched back in her chair playing with her tongue ring as she talked to be....manager left early ...what time will she be in tomorrow? I dont know it depends...?? On what your hours posted or when she feels like it??? I wasnt going to drive across town again the next day to no help again.I found another full service UHaul that was the same distance in the other direction.

Excellent service had me in and out of there in 10 minutes compared to the U-Haul on South main in Manteca which always took over an hour

I use the Manteca U-Haul on South main three times it took me over an hour each time to pick up my utility trailer this facility took me 10 minutes

I returned my U-Haul truck to this location. It was in the same shape I got it in, and the gas level was right where it was when I picked it up. The attendant said all was good and Id get a receipt by email. The receipt then showed an unexpected charge for 5 gallons of gas even though the tank was at the exact same level as it had been initially. I called to try to rectify the situation, and U-Haul said theres nothing I can do and that the attendant should have told me to take pictures but it wasnt there fault that they failed to communicate this. So, Im left paying for U-Hauls gas. Be careful of this location.

Truck flipped over on freeway my travel trailer is a complete loss. Thank God I purchased the extra coverage from UHaul. They are going to cash me out for my trailer. Awesome

Cheeseburger Animal Style !!!What You would expect , Good Burger and Good Service

Three ladies were running the store the morning I went in for a trailer hitch to be installed.The young lady helping me said it would be a week before the hitch could be installed but then said "you know what? I can do this!" Then she grabbed a manual and got the hitch and installed it herself and in half the time it was supposed to take.I cannot recommend this store enough! They will definitely get all my future business!

The girls at the counter were super awesome and sweet. Even though the truck I had reserved was late (result of customer not workersthey still got me through the check in quickly. And Cassandra went bring what I would think to be normal to insure I had everything I needed, the truck was cleaned and filled with gas already and when I returned the truck she made sure I was able to get checked in and on my way in literally just a couple minutes!I know this will be the uhual I return to next time?! Thanks ladies and keep up the great work!!! 👍

Great customer service. Absolutely streamlined checking in and out process. Our uhaul representative was very knowledgeable and explained every bit of the process to us with an upbeat friendly demeanor. Even as They were very busy Serina had us in and out extremely quick . she had cute freckles . thanks again .

It was super fast, they had just what I needed, reserving online was super easy and the employees there offered great customer service. I will use them for sure next time!

Out of the 3 girls at the desk, two seemed to be friendly and knowledgeable. One seemed not very caring nor friendly.

My receipt said to drop it off at Kansas. The employee told me to take it to a different location because they didn’t have room. They had 6 or more parking spaces open. Not sure their logic here

This is a great place to rent a U-Haul. Save yourself some time and do it online. I just walk in and confirm my reservation and walk out with the keys. Ive never had a problem getting a reservation or returning a vehicle. Great service for small businesses that need larger trucks from time to time.

Great service always have what I need quick and easy they hook it up and unhook Im definitely going back again as a matter of fact this Wednesday.

We have rented here previously. Everyone is friendly, the trucks are in good condition and no problems encountered. We also used the moving assistance twice and it was well worth it.

Used to like, this time very incompetent, owner used f word, rude, blamed us for light we watched installed improperly when it didnt work before we left! Horrible horrible!

Not enjoying this place as much as Id like to. This location needs to be given more training resources in order to be a much better facility. I think the ubox program needs to be given to another facility over on mchenry. Much more space and capabilities at the other facility. COME ON CORPORATE. MAKE THE CHANGE!!!!

Rented a couple of trucks and a trailer from them and never had a problem. I always received good customer service but I havent used them in about a year.

idiots. im here right now see three trucks outside and he wants to give us one with no ramp. why did i reserve if i dont get exactly what i asked for.

Every rental Ive had was clean and in good repair. They could use a few more staff to move customers along more quickly.

I have dealt with many uhaul locations around the country, and Im never disappointed with the level of service, or availability of equipment. Even, though, I have a location, literally, 3 blocks from my home, I choose to drive almost 10 miles to this location. I have no interest in this location other than to give them a good review, because Im always pleased when I do business here. I highly recommend you take your business to them.
