UMB Bank (with drive-thru services) in Boone County

I did a foreign currency exchange through UMB. I counted my money and saw I had $200 less than what I ordered. They used an exchange rate that was months old instead of the one I was quoted that day, and stole from me. My bank tried to contact them and they wont pick up the phone! Corrupt place with horrible communication.

I came into this business to have documentation signed for the department of the Treasury. I required a specific stamp, seal and signature. The bank put the wrong stamp, seal, and signature on it. After multiple times explaining that this is incorrect they assured me that it was correct.The department of the Treasury denied my documentation, and stated that the bank did not do their part correctly. And that banks portion of the documentation was filled out wrong. Im concerned about how this bank held and conducted itself during a serious transaction that ultimately was a massive errorMy issue is still unresolved.

THE FRIENDLIEST BANK IVE EVER JOINED. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP , NO MATTER THE ISSUE. ALL MY FAMILY MEMBERS JOINED AS WELL BECAUSE OF THIS CARING ATTITUDE. Thank you UMB!!
