Always something to buy

Not a bad general store which has a large variety of products ranging from electrical to party stuff to toys, etc. Downside is too may items jam packed into a store and at times too many people in there and not enough room to move around. Products are so so and not the best of quality but at the end of the day, it is a bargain store therefore am not expecting quality. In saying that, I still do visit the store from time to time as they are a bargain. Customer service is not the best but not too bad either....havent had any bad experience so far. All in all, its okay.

I love this shop. very nice staff It has all of my favourite things such as fidgets and lots of items for party bags. As a child I think this is one of the best discount stores ever! AND will totally shop there again. One piece of advice is to reduce the prices a little bit so we children can afford them. Besides that this shop is the best!

My daughter went today to spend some pocket money & the lady made her pay $15 for an item that she didn’t want & told her she couldn’t put it back or get a refund. The service is always so bad there we will never shop there again!! Ripping off young kids is just not acceptable.

Poor business principles. Did not honour the price printed on the price tag for a couple of aluminium trays I bought. Just 50 cents. Not a big amount, but a matter of principle. Tried to rip the price tag off and gave a curt reply that the price tag was wrong and that we can take it or leave it. Not even an apology. Didn’t want to create a scene so told the cashier that this was just wrong and left. Won’t be back, ever.

You would have a better chance of having a honest customer interaction if you dealt with any of the inmates at Melbourne maximum security Barwin prison Avoid this shop at all costs. This business contravenes many of the consumer laws in Victoria. Many charges appear out of nowhere. Faulty products. Extremely rude staff.

Had a bad experience with the cashier regarding exchange of an item. I understand policies are in place. She was rude and abruptive in response. Never going back.

Was a regular customer for a few months until I had a bad experience with the lady cashier with short hair. She overcharged me a few $ as the sticker price was different. When I told her about it she had a bad attitude about it and was rude and unprofessional. She overcharged me and had the audacity to get angry at me. A bad attitude will simply redirect customers elsewhere. Do yourself a favour and support other small businesses. Not this one!

This store has a wide range of items at reasonable prices. The staff that I have dealt with are always friendly and helpful. The only negative is that the store is overstocked and hard to navigate. Its not pram or wheelchair/walker friendly. There is often many boxes lining the isles and it can be hard just getting around on foot at times when the store is busy.

The cashier lady is very rude. Be aware, after your purchase, they have lots of excuse to refuse a reasonable exchange or refund! Not recommend and will not come back again.

Never recommend this shop to anyone. Shop assistants are really rude. No politeness at all.

Can always find what you want great selection

Rude staff! $10 minimum eftpos and then they complain and scoff when you pay with change. . It is a $2 shop isn’t it?!

Old lady is pretty rude like you will read in other posts here. But still, money was exchanged for goods that I’m happy with.

This place is amazing. Staff are nice at HP and everything is there although the toys are fake brands the shop is good! I recommend others going to HP the staff will help and make you laugh.

Staff were super unprofessional and spoke rudely. Cheap stuff, but expectedly low quality. Was told to find the things I was looking for ( super cluttered store by myself, even though she had nothing else to do. Awful experience.

The shop assistance are very rude and unpoliet. Cant even talk to them as they get frustrate and angry. We never buy any thing from there again. Today 27th January 5.45 pm we asked are they accept that the coupanse we won from eaden rise village. This lady was horrible and dont know how to talk to the customers. We were think To buy some thing big lot and we went to a some other place bcs of her attitude. We will spred this amoung our friends and families too.

Shop assistants are rude ( except the short lady with glasses.One day without any reason the old short hair lady yelled at me while I was looking for some candle holders. Actually I had intention to buy three items from them valued 68/- but changed my mind.Most of the time I noticed that lady do not respect her customers. Really bad impression.

A great variety of nic nacs. Ideal for last minute gift shopping. Easy access form car park. Ample parking. Friendly customer service. Ample home ware, toys, stationary, tools, mobile accessories etc.
