Their companys BBQ team provided the most wonderful meal for an event the Alamo Radio Control Society was hosting. Food was excellent and the team working the event were fantastic. They supplied everything we needed for our meal.

Tristan Green, our driver, is great! Hes on time, sorts and unloads very quickly and is very professional in both appearance and interaction. If there is a question on the invoicing, hes very good at explaining the extra charges that appear.

Jacob Campa is the best!!! He is always helpful, professional and friendly! This is our first experience with uniforms and although there are sometimes hiccups, Jacob always takes care of it and us!

Having dealt with a different company used by my previous employer, I was not looking forward to dealing with uniforms. Steven has washed away all the doubt. He is very attentive and awesome to work with. He knows his products and I really appreciate the communication and honesty. As a customer of UniFirst, I highly recommend this great company. We were paying through the nose with a prior uniform company, but UniFirst prices are much more reasonable. Their customer service is great, too. Very personable delivery employee who informs me of any changes going on with the account. The former company did not do this and jacked up the prices, gouging style. The UniFirst sales rep, Bill Wise, was excellent as well. He followed up with me after the sale and continued to ask if the quality of the product and service was good. It certainly was! Again, I give 5 stars to UniFirst - did not find another uniform company comparable to them.

Signed up with Bill on August 8th, we were told that some of our employees were oversized, and would have to wait 6-8 weeks for these. We still have employees without their correct uniform, and are not getting a delivery date! They arrived with part of the uniform, but no lockers to put them in - supposedly missed off the order...I was asked to provide a review on Sept 23rd, after the initial uniform install, to which I said "I can but it wouldn’t be the best review due to the locker delay, however feel free to check back in in a few weeks once we have all the uniform." The response received was "Well then never mind about the Google Review…"Unfortunately I have had to provide a factual review to warn all future customers of the painstaking process we are experiencing with UniFirst.

Rudy Q. is really good at focusing on what his customers need and what they require of him. He knows what can and cannot be done under the contract for our company and he is always able to provide options that will serve the need that is presented. Even when customers are difficult, Rudy manages to remain calm and provide feedback in a constructive and professional manner.
