Union Township Police Department in Lawrence County

Absolutely worthless. I take care of my elderly mother whom lives with me. I work over 40 hours a week, and have care attendants “ nurses aids” take care of my mother while I’m not @ home. back in March my family, and I had a woman from Don’s service care for my mother from March through June of 2018. Over that period my and my mother’s prescriptions came up missing. My mother’s OxyContin that was used for hip replacement, clozapine, and my meloxican. This care attendant also stoled my mother’s wedding ring. It was priced @ least $6 thousand. She felt guilty then placed the ring under the stove, and said my cat pushed it under there when she was playing with it. She ordered merchandise under my name in a buy now pay later catalog, and took the merchandise. Leaving me with the bill. I filed a police report at the Union Township police department, and of course they believed the woman. I needed a copy of that police report, and they refuse to call me back, especially Mark Julian whom my family knows, and they say is a great guy “really” Im sure he is to some of the female societies. Tax dollars pay for the police’s way of life. They are supposed to protect and serve the community. Well, once again Union Township is worthless.

I have called multiple times to have police assist me with abuse and they refuse to come. Why are the taxpayers paying for police protection when they wont even come during a domestic dispute. PEACE OFFICERS... REMEMBER?
