Never, EVER use this bank. They are the worst. Im not directly apart of the bank but I had a big payment scheduled to be transferred to my Halifax account and it never went through. After doing what I was initially told to provide in order for the payment to be processed they changed the terms saying I cant receive the money until I make a donation to a charity of their choice and THEN changed the terms again saying I need to directly transfer them £1000 for them to process the payment.No replies in emails and you cant connect through the phones because of their stupid automated response that never connects you to a person. WORST BANK IN THE WORLD. NEVER USE AND NEVER ASSOCIATE YOURSELF WITH THEM.
