United Exterior LLC in Schuylkill County

Had these guys do my roof back in late February. We agreed on a new rubber roof and shingles. As workers were tearing off my old rubber roof, the owner decides to call and tell me he can’t get the screws and cups needed for a new rubber roof so he’s going to have to put on a peel and stick material (not what we agreed on). I had no choice to go with the peel and stick material due to the fact my roof was already tore off, which is all wavy on the ends as pictured. The best part is, he wouldn’t move on the price after all this. I called and texted the owner and asked him to come back and fix his mistakes and he never showed up. Terrible communication and definitely doesn’t care about his customers once the job is done. Personally I would go with a different company if I can do it all over again. Also, I know it’s hard to get every last nail cleaned up from a job, but I’m STILL picking up nails around the house and the roof was done 3 months ago. Cleanup on this job was terrible.

I called and spoke with an Izzy several days in advance about setting up an appointment for an estimate on roof work for 12pm. After hearing nothing by 2pm, I called again to ask if the appointment was still on, and was assured he was just running late and would be no later than 4:30pm. I said that was fine, and if something changed to just shoot me a quick courtesy call or text to reschedule so I didnt lose a whole day of work waiting for someone that wasnt going to arrive. Quarter after 5pm, still no one showed, no courtesy call, and did not answer my attempt to contact and check if they were en route before I left the house to try and salvage what was left of the day. If I cant depend on someone to be professional and dedicated enough to arrive for an estimate or call to reschedule, I cant imagine trusting them to do work on my home. Very disappointing.
