Its a full service Post Office

They have a window to pick up hold mail from 730 to 830. You usually have to stand there and push the bell for atleast 10 minutes before anyone opens the half door. Why have the window/ door if you cant get any help

So i called first thing this morning and reported my not receiving my Amazon packages . This was the 5th call this summer. Im told my carrier is on emergency leave and they will tell the subsitute carrier to leave my packages at my house. So where do i find my packages? One in my mailbox and another one up at the club house. Where does the tracking say it is? On my porch or close to front door. Once again, reporting false information. Once again being cruel to someone with disabilities.

My last 2 amazon deliveries left up at the club house. Usps stated on delivery message left on porch or near front door. She is falsifying where she delivers. She is also aware I am disabled and that is why I order from Amazon to have my packages delivered to my home.

Know tons of amazing people that deliver mail! However every time I call the office they are very rude.

It takes less time to get an item across the country that it does to get from main st to south. We only get delivered every fourth day unless there is a package and then we don’t get mail until after 6PM. I’ve seen usps carriers at three stores in the last week buying groceries during the middle of the weekday in uniform. Why are your personal chores more important than your job?

Ive had a scheduled pick up for two days now and it has yet to be picked up. I left specific instructions to pick up from my front porch. Since they didnt pick it up the first time i decided to leave the mailbox flag up and put a note inside my mailbox with instructions. It was on the ground and boxes are still on the front porch 🤬 whats the point of scheduling a pick up? Now Im having to delay the packages again. If it wasnt already paid for Id take my services to UPS!

I am very disappointed with the service I have a package that needs to be returned and according to the site, when I googled it, they closed at 5:00. I am a disabled person and cant always get out, so when I arrived at the office (at 3:00 on a Saturdayit was closed. They need to update their information or stay open during the hours stated.

Mailman only picks up mail when he has mail to deliver, otherwise he walks right on by, he wont be receiving any tips this Christmas for excellent service from me.

I have had nothing but rude people at this location and nothing but problems with anything concerning my mail being delivered or picked up. good luck trying to call anyone here as well because you wont get anyone. This location makes it to where you want to move out of this town so you never have to deal with them again

So far I have not had any problems with them delivering it on time and the work they did, didnt seem to be sloppy. The knew what they were doing if I asked a question the normally knew the answer. Over all the did great!

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with, I have had multiple shipments messed up. I refer all of my business to FedEx because of this one location. Out of 100 shipments to my business address FedEx has never failed to deliver on time and promptly. This place has never completed one delivery.

I did not appreciated being pressured to hurry to decide if my passport photos were up to par with my Chinese visa company. The first photo I had to retake because the contrast was so bright that you cannot see my nose not facial features. The employee said that it should be able to pass the requirements because of their printer machine detects the specifics for picture requirements. I have specified that this is for my visa so they have more requirements. I really doubt that a picture that you cannot even see my facial features is acceptable for passport photo in general. Then, she told me that she couldn’t retake anymore photos becaus the camera went out of battery. My question was why didn’t they charge it ahead of time. I gave her examples of what kind of pictures I needed for the visa but she completely disregarded it and didn’t try to accommodate my needs. Next, she was telling her other employee that I had to take it twice because I didn’t like it even when the printer said it met all the requirement. I didn’t appreciate to hear that from them. Overall, my experience was terrible.
