United States Postal Service in Schuylkill County

If I could give them a 0, I would. Not only have they delivered packages that they say “don’t fit in the mailbox,” so instead throw them in the grass… But they ripped my planter on my mailbox post completely off and SAID NOTHING! Greatly appreciated!

I get our neighbors mail frequently, I just put it back in the mailbox with this on it.

They are the laziest post office. They just seem like they never want to do their job! They don’t deliver packages to my house that don’t fit in the mail box because of my dogs, who are in an enclosed porch. It’s just because he barks the whole time. Then I go to pick up a package there and they didn’t have time to go sort through the packages to look for mine. So lazy.

Worst post office in the world, I order thing from different countries, has no trouble the whole way until it gets to this post office, have had to drive down there three times in the last month for packages marked as failed to deliver, they were not packages that required a signature, have also had several packages delivered to neighbors and have received their packages as well, my mail box has huge numbers on it and the same with my house, unacceptable.

Lobby is not open 24/7. It’s impossible to get your mail in this town if you work for a living.

Had a missed package. Called and very nice gentleman (didnt get his namecame right over to the house and picked it up for delivery. Thank you so much for your dedication and kindness.

Terrible Service.. SE.for all the years we have lived here!!! (about 30 yrs. Anytime there is a parcel that wont fit in our mailbox ...down on the township road... (bigger than a 6" cube)...THEY HAVE REFUSED TO COME UP OUR ROAD TO DELIVER OUR MAIL and instead basically HOLD OUR MAIL HOSTAGE! They claim its too rough on their vehicle!...all the while we have been going up and down that road every day for all those years to keep our jobs! (keep in mind if I refuse to drive down the road of one of my customers... I would be fired that day!)With the extremely limited post office hours sometimes we can not get our mail for weeks and it is a 30 min. Round trip when we can. (where else can you get paid for somebody else doing your job???)Anytime we have complained in the past ...theyve always started playing games by making more problems for us!I WONDER IF POSTAL SERVICE IS ANY BETTER IN A COMMUNIST COUNTRY???
