I have a $700 check WAITING AT THE POST OFFICE BUT THEY WONT DELIVER IT!! Ive got confirmation from the sender that usps has it. When I called the phone operator is completely automated and you cant talk to a real person even if requested. Had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to call me back, just for them to make a report, not give me any actual information as to why Im not receiving my check. I am unable to get to the post office because the hours are so awful, I dont have the chance to get out until after they are closed. This is ridiculous, and if I dont receive my money I will be getting it from them somehow.
Employees at the counter are rude. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. They huff and puff when your there for a service. This place puts a stain on usps name

Stopped on the way past here to mail a certified letter. Very fast and friendly service. Would stop here again if I needed to!
2 different times now I had packages with a value of $100 delivered AT THE WRONG ADDRESS look at the number on the side of the mailbox how can people be this careless absolutely ridiculous that Amazon deals with them and FedEx when they are absolutely nothing but problems
Driver delivered our mail but didnt feel like getting out of his truck to deliver our packageSo he left a note in my email that our mailbox was inaccessible. but he did deliver the mail!I miss Dawn. She was a great postal worker.No one answers the phone at the post office and their answering system is off
I despise this post office. There is a yellow drop-off bin as you enter for prepaid return packages. I had put 4 return packages in that yellow bin, in the last 2 weeks. As I was walking in the main room to mail out a package, I noticed my return bags still in there. I clearly saw my name on them. I asked nicely about it, and the lady was rude, and said she already cleaned out the bin 3 times that day. It was 10am in Birdsboro, that was impossible. I really need my refunds, they better send out the packages. My mother and I were treated with nothing but rudeness while we were mailing out our packages. They were cocky, arrogant, in a rush, and didnt care. I will go to Elverson, to Goin Postal. They are much nicer there, and accept all types of mail, usps, uos, FedEx, and international mail. Stick with Goin Postal. They are much more kind.
The worker behind the desk showed me another way to ship my package save me some money she was very friendly courteous polite

Received my package in early December and according to the tracking number, it never left the facility.
Really unprofessional staff - I wont waste my time going there again. Rude from the moment I walked inside. I set my packages on the counter and smiled and said hello to the sales person who wouldnt even look up from their phone to address me. Waited 30 seconds before telling me they were closed. Moved over to the next counter where I was ignored by that sales person too. Finally, they acknowledged me and rushed me through my order as if I were such an inconvenience. Not to mention, they post signs on the front door and all over the inside of the building stating all who enter must wear a mask. I was followed in by an incredibly inconsiderate person wearing no mask, to whom no one said a word. Zero accountability or health standards in this place.
would recommend shipping things at another post office if possible. front cashier has a terrible attitude for no reason. get a factory job if you dont want to deal with customers
Hard to do business here. The hours are lousy only open 9:00 to 11:00 on Saturday used to be 9:00 to 12:00. Hit the buzzer in the lobby for somebody to come to the door. You have a better chance of playing the lottery than you do them answering the door. The post office says theyre hurting from out money maybe they should share some customer service.
Still waiting for my address to be eligible for informed deliveries.
I had placed an order online and the retailer had shipped to the wrong address. I talked to the people at the post office and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the package. Really appreciate everything they did!
Why, during the passport processs for a FIRST TIME APPLICANT who has questions, would Dan (passport officerask... are you joking??? No idiot, this is a valid question. Answer the question professionally and process the application.
