United States Postal Service in Susquehanna County

Jus had a new guy throw my mail on my porch and he could clearly see my mailbox most all of the time the other mailladys come up to my porch and put my mail in the mailbox

Susquehanna post office Main Street I had an ECC case to get resolved from postmaster Elizabeth. Very unprofessional and rude. Issue has not been resolved in a satisfactory manner. Unbelievable how upper management sweeps these issues under the rug. Rude and unprofessional. This post office a sad representation of the United States Postal Service. I feel sorry for customers in that area
