United States Postal Service in Noble County

Very rude lady and wouldn’t not give me my package even though it was in their possession and it was already late. 0 stars DONT recommend.

Ive literally never had problems with the post before moving the kendallville. I wasnt receiving mail like I should, and when I called it was because I suddenly wasnt on the list for my apartment which I had lived in since January of 2021. Now, its saying one of my packages are being held at the post office at customer request when I have never requested anything to be held.

This is the 2nd year in a row that our elderly uncle in a Kendaville nursing home did NOT receive his Christmas package. It has been languishing at the Kendallville Post Office since 12/13. This is unacceptable. Nothing to open at Christmas.

To ship a box 12×15 and 9 inches tall cost me 56.30 ,the weight was 15pounds. The clerk told me that it would be another 11$ for a protection plan. I was deeply disappointed and disgusted at the price

I absolutely love our local post office. They are always friendly and have been quick to take care of any issues I’ve ever had. It’s hard work to keep track of all the mail and packages these days and they do a great job!!

Was in my local post office (kendallville indianabecause I hadn’t received mail that was supposedly delivered twice over the span of a month but I never received it. Man behind the counter who was very arrogant, and his shirt was 3 sizes too small (he thought he was real hot stuffwas more worried about answering his phone while I was in the middle of trying to talk to him. Not impressed at all with the service I received or the employees. Will not be using any extra services they offer. But can I at least get my mail?? I mean that is your job right.

I asked the lady who apparently is the manager or whatever twice about why I was getting no mail and today I call. A guy named Nick tells me that the box for my house is on the back street, and thats wherey mail goes. And its all water damaged and running. I can barely read my bills.

Postal employees are always courteous, friendly, and helpful.

They are super friendly and helpful! I even had a delivery of live chicks delivered here and they were cool with it.
