The postmaster refuses to help my husband and I with a priority mailing that is now looping between Jersey city NJ and White Plains NY. My husband has asked for help but the postmaster refused saying it would cause him a headache! What about us? I had to pay $ 25.03 to do a package intercept for the MISTAKE MaDE BY THE POST OFFICE and we still dont have the priority mail!This postmaster could have helped us but was more concerned about causing himself a headache.
