Cute clothes but why this store is actually worth 5 stars is the exemplary service from Eshaan- he is honestly 10/10 he deserves a pay rise

I visited the Macquarie store for the first time today. I was looking for T-shirt’s for my son. Just as I was wondering where to begin I was approached by Jasper who proceeded to offer his assistance.Jasper was very knowledgeable and quickly pinpointed what could work and went and chose a few options.So thanks Jasper for your product knowledge and the T-shirts were a perfect fit and my son loved the prints and colours.

One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had in Sydney. I should have asked for all staff member names who helped me. Amanda and the whole crew on Saturday were very very polite, welcoming, helpful and caring. I could also sense a great teamwork among the whole crew. I loved the sales team, the music, the shirts collection and the whole good vibe within this store. It’s on top of my favourite stores now! Will definitely come back!

Eshaan was amazing in helping my wife and I shop. Just the perfect amount of assistance and banter in getting some really awesome clothes to the point that even a middle aged man like myself enjoyed shopping!

I just wanted to say thank you to the lovely ladies that helped me out today, i came in around 2-3PM on Tuesday. I really really appreciate and applaud the service i got, I struggle with getting clothes my size and absolutely hate shopping, the two ladies that day picked out everything they could and made me feel so comfortable and pretty. 10/10 customer service !

Made a purchase online and upon receiving the item, I needed to exchange for a larger size. Made a phone call to confirm the size was in-store and available; it was, and they placed it aside for me to collect right away. Just a seamless and simple exchange - very happy customer!

Clothes here are expensive however such nice quality and very flattering

Great customer service

I had visited your store to purchase a gift for my friends daughters 18th birthday.I was not too sure what to get and I was served by a young girl Rianna, who was very helpful, and very patient with me as I tried to decide on my purchase.The forefront of any business is their staff and products.I would not hesitate to go back there again.Your lovely welcoming staff make it a pleasure to shop there.

I visited the store today and seemed extremely busy, I was served by a beautiful young lady, Rhianna who went out of her way to help me despite the chaos around her. The staff are great! Loved the dress I purchased.

If I worked in retail industry and saw customers cut in line, I would ask him to wait in queue. Its unfair for those who spending time wait in queue.

Staff are always very friendly and offer to help as soon as you enter the store. Every time i go in i get compliments from the employees and even if i leave without purchasing anything, they maintain their kind attitude.

I bought a tee shirt for my husband here and he loves it. The store is fresh and fun to shop in

Bought a pair of shoes in Charlestown that were boxed wrongfully so I thought I could take it to a closer store for the correct exchange to which this store declined due to "stock reasons". Was informed today by the Charlestown store that this store could have done it so was left with time wasted and shoes that could have been worn a lot sooner. Disappointing.

Every time you buy something they forget to take security devices of the clothes so you have to go back to the store to get it off , it’s really poor customer service.

Good range of products, decent prices and staff are friendly and helpful.
