Lost my keys...and locked outside in the cold. called Unlock Car Door Service Pleasanton TX they came & helped me less than 5 minutes of my troubles. couldnt be more happy😊 thank you so much guys!!!

My best friend locked her keys in her car this morning and called their office. Was quoted $60 as a presumed flat fee as they didn’t state that was a starting price. She was then charged $170 after the service was performed and the guy had her card in hand. When she called the main office, they ignored her and when her BF tried to help they hung up on the both of them. I tried giving their office a call to please call her back and try and settle this professionally and I was hung up on. Do not use this company. My best friend is in college and cannot afford $170 when she was told $60. This has put her in a severely tight spot and they refuse to handle this professionally.

I was originally told it was going to be $60 to have them come out and unlock my car. He said nothing of that being the starting price and presented it as the flat fee. The technician came in a timely manner and did a wonderful job, however when I went to pay after he opened my car I was told a completely different price of $170. Had I known that it was going to be that much I would not have done the service. I meantioned that I was told $60 and was informed to take it up with the office. I have no problem with the actual job that was done but I did feel like I was mislead on the price.Update- I called the number of the office and asked to speak to someone about the miscommunication. The gentleman told me that he would get in contact with the manager and call me back. After waiting 2 and a half hours, I called back and it went to voice-mail. Waited a bit longer and it also went to voice-mail. My boyfriend called and the gentleman answered his phone number. After explaining that he was inquiring about the call back for my case the gentleman told him he had the wrong number and hung up. This was the same number I had originally made the appointment for the service with. Use the service knowing that of there are any issues they may just decide to ignore you instead of speaking to you professionally.
