Yea they will get you in a car fast but it will be a LEMON. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! The warranty company is useless. They do something so that no maintenance lights come on while you’re there and as soon as you leave everything falls apart! Battery died one week after purchase and brake lights have been on since the second day. Huge regret.Update: the person who replied to this is a fraud. Never responded and my car breaks down every month. If there are good reviews here they are fake. Please run away from this company!!! Please!!!

They’re taking advantage of ppl with the high interest rate & over priced car loan. I’ve paid triple for my car that no longer have any value to it & I still have 2 1/2 years left before I’m able to make any moves.

They were very nice and very accommodating. They also were very quick to get all done and processed. Very helpful as well. Danielle at the Blanding Blvd location is amazing!!!! Got me into a nice used car and made sure to be as accommodating as possible for everything. Great sales person. Doesnt pressure you to choose...... Gives all options up front and allows you to choose from there for yourself.

Worst place to get a car from, you literally get better options elsewhere because the customer service mad rude and disrespectful

Reggie and Jermaine are very good people and very helpful if you want a nice car go see them. I am very happy customer with them. They are very polite gentlemen and very professional with you and they will work with you. I will recommend anyone to them. But you are a day late making the payment they shut your car off until you pay the payment. They shut my car off when I was at work and had to get it tow home

My fiance bought a car from them about two weeks ago, the service was great, brought it out to her job. Two days later she was driving to work the A/C went out. Later that day taking her daughter to cheer practice. She said at a red light the car kept jerking which made her nervous to drive the car. Last issue that arised she tried driving it to work a d suddenly the engine light popped on and the car said "engine speed reduced" so she was only able to drive 35mph.She called and emailed the people they said they cant do anything, contacted the warranty company they said take it to pep boys , dont see why she would have to pay for them to look and or fix when the car is less than 30 days old in her possession. She hasnt been comfortable driving the vehicle so she has had to take uber to and from work, she is highly dissatisfied with her purchase.

Got my vehicle 11 day ago 2014 Hyundai Sonata 96,000 miles that vehicle is currently at aamco with bad engine and they are telling me that the car is no longer under warranty..This place take advantage of us struggling people knowing that we may need a vehicle for work or whatever the case is the use that knowing we’re just trying to get in a vehicle fast …PLEASE PLEASE do not purchase from this location or else you would be going through the same thing

From start to finish my car buying experience was great. I filled out the form online and someone immediately contacted me. I gave them a few details about myself and they connected me to my salesman Matt here in Jacksonville. He called me and asked me a few questions. I sent him over my pay stubs and he called me back to tell me what I was approved for. I was already online looking at their inventory and seen what vehicle I wanted. I screenshot it and sent it to Matt and he told me he would work on it. Bout an hour or so later he told me he had got me approved. I was ecstatic with the news. Went to the dealership after work to test drive my new vehicle and instantly fell in love with it!! Thanks Matt and USAutosales on Blanding Blvd. I thought It would be difficult for me to get another vehicle because of my credit but they made the process smooth and easy. I will definitely recommend them.

The first week the front panel was broke, tire blew out, electrical problem and oil light came on had to add oil. Spoke to Manager or Assistant Manager at Dealership said that she would look at prior picture to see if panel was broken to this date no contact by her or Sales Agent. Call DOWC and gave me repair shops, that was good. Also spoke to main Office said would replace car, if I continue to have problems. Took car to RPM said all tires were dry rotted. Which was said I would pay for, which I will not. Have appt to have car checked on 5/13/2022.

I financed a car from them today the process was super easy and great price for my credit which is in horrible condition but she worked with me and she kept her word! I was nervous and wasn’t sure I would even qualify for a car. I just completed my bankruptcy 3 months earlier so I was worried. Something happened in my life to where I needed a car fast. They made it quick and painless and I was instantly approved. I was able to defer part of my down payment and pay a small portion up front and biweekly payments until the down payment is paid off and drive off the same day. My payment is lower then my previous car. The customer service was great and friendly. I will be sending everyone here.
