Been banking here for years. Has been overall a very good experience with them.
Horrible bank. They allow accounts to close but have the customer go in an out of the branch making deposits and find out TWO years later!! Worst customer service of the tellers that dont know how to do their jobs.
There is a teller that works the drive through that is very rude..And I think she has been stealing money out of my account...I will found out who it is, I hired a private investigator
Mr Paul Farmer, branch manager, not only did an extraordinary job by helping me and sympathizing with my situation but his attention makes us feel you arent just a number on the books. I cannot thank the man enough for his effort in going above and beyond to be there for the customer and make sure all is resolved within the limits of the law and what is right. I recommend him and this branch as well as others in which I was taken care of very well. Once again beyond thankful for his prompt, courteous and effective assistance.
Bank staff so unprofessional the general manager is clueless and has no idea how to run a bank
Worst bank ever, customer service is awful, don’t recommend this bank and this branch for anybody. Weakest bank ever. Attempted to change my name a couple months already, one time they told me the system is not working, second time they told me no bankers are available at the moment, this is disgusting. Can’t withdraw since beginning of May.
My lawyer gave me a check and this is the bank. The manager of this bank would not give me a y money off my check. Bank tellers were rude to other clients. This check is only for 13,000. They claimthey dont have money in the vault. Then I asked to open and this bank wouldnt even help with that
The teller was super kind and helpful when resetting my moms pin number.
Been with U.S. Bank since 2007 love it here
Extremely slow service. Waited for over 40 minutes to make a deposit.
Been a loyal customer for 18 years. I tried to deposit a check for the first time in ages, and Its taking 11 days to process a check!!!!!!
I reported fraud on my debit card to customer service, and they said I would receive a credit for an overdraft fee that was associated with the fraudulent charge, but then they didnt... Not only was this the ONLY branch that had an available manager, but the manager looked into the issue for me and got it resolved. I really appreciate the level of customer service I received from this branch. This was "no hassle" banking, which is exactly what I need!Thank you, branch manager and team. Your positive attitude improved my whole day.
I was looking to open a checking account Dani (Daniela Vasquezwas such a great help, so nice so respectful she made me feel very comfortable opening a checking account gave me all the details I need, the process was fast it was easy she is a great bank teller I don’t usually leave reviews with banks but because of her I had a great experience that I usually don’t have with banks,if you are looking to open any type of account I recommend Dani (Daniela Vasquez)
Always big line not enough stuff👎🏼👎🏼Not very helpful
Business teller is never available! Whats the point of having a business account if you have to wait 40 minutes in line?? The regular line is extremely long, and this branch is clearly understaffed and slow
The US Bank over on Alameda and Exposition has the worst customer service and everytime I come here they are always alwayssuper slow! Im so glad I dont bank with them🤬🤬🤬
I went in without an appointment and Don still helped me. Thanks, Don! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I am a US Bank Reliacard member. I recently made a claim and was receiving help at a different branch with no problem. About a month ago I had turned in all my savings with no problem here at the Alameda branch. I was helped by an African American woman and she was very friendly. Today I attempted to turn in my savings and was told that I can not do that. Why? Because I am a reliacard member. I have always been a reliacard member. Seeking help wasn’t a problem until today. I was totally disregarded.
Not only rude. Manager put a 14 day hold on a check I was depositing. Said the could not find the law firm that cut the check. A simple google search showed them otherwise and they still put a massive hold on it. the manager had his teller talk to me because he did not want to step out of the office. I have been with this bank for 15 years. Recommend banking elsewhere.
Since Covid hit I haven’t gone inside the bank. I been doing the drive through. I have a business account and a person account. Teller tells me she would like me to do the drive through for my business. I was the only one in the drive through for business or personal . Like what is the difference you can’t walk back or forth. That’s ok I’ll drive to another Branch. She must be a new hirer. I been going to this location because it’s closer to home. But I can do my service on the Colfax branch ✌🏼
Customer service was terrible. Bank teller was seriously rude. Went to cash in change like I did 2 months ago and now all of a sudden I gotta have an account. Waited in line for 15 mins for them to turn me away.
I have a business account. My normal location was closed. I am assuming COVID Related. I drive 20 minutes to the next closest location. The condescending teller told me that she would do my deposit this 1 time because I did not go through the commercial line in the drive through. Im sorry. My normal location has 1 line. Maybe its time that my corporation changes banks.
Inside, a couple of the employees are super nice. Most of them are not. Most are put out that they are there to help customers. My main question/ or complaint is. Why does it now take a 100 times longer to do the exact same thing we did before this covid BS. Totally mind blown at the lack of trying.
Every experience Ive had with one of the female tellers at this location has been terrible! She constantly messes up the information pertaining to my account, and has led to numerous headaches. She lacks proper listening skills and seems to be more concerned with her appearance rather than my banking. This establishment is terribly unprofessional and takes almost two hours to open a savings account as well!
Slowest bank in existence!!! And they are dishonest also. Waited almost an hour in the commercial line for 2 cars in front of me. Needed change for my business, now what employees can afford to be away from work for that long, to make matters worse, I decided to deposit my paycheck at the same time. Since my company also banks at US Bank, my check should be immediately deposited in my account. I always make sure to request this to avoid any delay, the teller assured me that it was done and I left, upon returning to work (late by 30 minutes), I realized it wasnt immediately available in my account. Sorely disappointed in the fact that I asked and was assured my check would be available to me. You guys are playing with peoples money and ability to pay bills on time. Please do better.
This is the slowest bank Ive ever seen ! They need to hire some people that can move faster than a turtle! Very inconvenient!!!
Waited in the drive thru for over an hour! When it was finally my turn, I sent all my stuff in as quickly as possible hoping to get out of there since my lunch break had already entirely been used on this wait time. 10 minutes later I learn theyre having "technical difficulties."I would have appreciated knowing that before the hour long wait. Maybe get some signage, send a manager out to greet cars and let them know, do SOMETHING.Terrible customer experience. I ended up having to leave without getting my money deposited because they couldnt tell me how long it would be, and I didnt have any time left. Now, Im late getting back to work. Thanks.______Thanks for the reply, but my frustration was in the fact that there was no notice or any kind of outreach to your customers to let them know that they would be experiencing this kind of wait. I very much recommend getting some signage to put out by your drive-thrus if youre unable to inform your customers in any other way.I should be told upfront that I may have to wait an hour or more to get through a simple drive-thru lane so that I can make an informed decision for myself about whether I can manage that or not. As it is, I became stuck in a line I couldnt get out of with a bunch of other confused customers.Everyones business operations are being affected right now, I just think you guys can do a better job in how you handle that. Nobody enjoys being left in the dark for over an hour.
Honestly wondering why you all pay such poor attention to your business accounts. The 5 cars ahead of me have taken an hour plus.
Jessica i really appreciate for wonderful customer and your great personalityI have never seen any employee like u in USBANKMay God bless uTo be honest you deserve a promotionThx
Says to call. Im calling and it says your unavailable. Your site says the drivetrue is open till 2. So you doing people wrong? Or whats up your just lieing to people out here?
Bank needs to utilize the technology of blockchain and Ripple to make transactions and real time quicker. This swift system has been outdated for years now. When will we see banks particularly this one take advantage of cross border payments and real time settlements offered by ripple bc if this bank don’t adapt I have a feeling I will have to move on and use a different bank who is up to speed with the new technology of blockchain to make payments easier for the customer
This is the worst US Bank I’ve ever been to Standing in line for 30 minutes to find out they can’t help me and the lady next to her said she couldn’t help me either
Massive lines and wait times, filled with non-English speakers, tellers are unable to help with all but the simplest of requests, building is run-down. Avoid this bank.
Had an account for years and this was my primary branch. Never had an issue and they were great with upping my limit when I moved. The closest us bank is 45 minutes from me now but I kept the account because how great they treated me. Their mobile app is by far the easiest banking application Ive used.
I was a bit hesitant coming here because of the ratings/reviews but from my personal experience, it wasnt bad at all. There was a line, but it was moving at a good pace, so big ups to the tellers. Remember folks, when it comes to these types of things, its all about timing and attitude.
Very disappointed in the attitude of one of the members (Tellersat the US Bank located on E. Alameda in Aurora Colorado. Yessica was the typical example of the new generational attitude of "I dont care about your problem, or about customer service, just get out of my line so I can get my shift over with". She did NOT say this but her actions and facial expression did! I was disappointed but NOT RUDE. Im a professional as well and I know it doesnt pay to be rude like that. I had a problem with a cashiers check...misunderstanding with the banks policy. I was misguided by another bank and I was wrong...as to when the check would clear, etc. Regardless, Yessica the Teller, could care less about my problem. She did NOT explain in a manner that was customer service oriented! Your job as a banker teller is all about customer service. This cashiers check oversight may be no big deal to her but to me it means a delay in funds until Tuesday...3 more days away! It was her attitude; total disregard for my problem or issue and no effort whatsoever to resolve or at least apologize for the issue. I called US Bank and the woman on the phone was so helpful, took my information and apologized! She took my complaint as well! I later learned that it is possible something else could be done with a cashiers check ( cashed then deposited). I temporarily got back in line and Yessica looked over at me as if she knew I was going to complain. I left the bank and called it in instead....it appeared that she knew she was rude to me. I hope this bank teller (Yessicalearns at a young age that customer service is crucial and that it can affect the banks ability to retain customers. There are a lot of banks out there! The problem is there is very little consequence...companies dont hold their employees accountable these days. We see it in restaurants, banks, car rental companies...this is my way to vent and somehow feel relieved...by complaining, venting. I hope more folks complain because Im certain she treats everyone this way. It makes me want to shop around for another bank! The only real way a consumer gets satisfaction! I really dont think they care to be honest! We will see how US Bank handles this because next step is corporate and then I will change banks...all because of a rude teller...who again, could care less!! So angry! Hopefully management will take notice and make corrective steps, training etc.
I wouldn’t give them even one star, but it’s making me. So Saturday night I deposited 81 $20’s. The ATM has a max of 50 bills at once so I did 50 then 31. The screen went green showing $1,000 and then $320 deposited. When we got home I checked and the $1,000 was NOT showing in our account. We called the 800 number and were told that it would “probably” rectify itself on Monday. Well it never did so we called again. Now they’re telling me that it’ll take 7-10 business days to file a claim and have it checked out. 7-10 business days????? DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. 7-10 business days to find my money. What a joke
Google has Ja-mar condo as who is posting this. It should be John Bires.I have an account with U.S. bank and while depositing money I asked theteller how do I change dollars to Euros. I was given a paper which had thebank at 200 University Ave as a place to exchange money. Little did I know the bank thinks so little of its customers that they suggest that location.I felt violated after looking at the exchange rate on line compared to theone I was given. The difference was about 106 Euros. Go to the exchange in Cherry Creek Mall for the correct rate. Do not trust the advice of aU.S. bank because apparently they are getting a cut on their suggestions of where to go to whatever.
The customer service at U.S. Bank was very poor. There were long lines of customers waiting to be helped. There only 3 tellers on duty. Management staff made no effort to let customers know what was contributing to the delays or let customers know they would be assisted soon. Very disappointing service and troubling lack of communication with customers.
Is not possible that everytime i come to the bank to make 1 deposit is a wait of more than 30 mins, i dont know If the System that This bank Has its slow or the personal Working Here is not fast or I dont know Lol Have to come here because my job Has their Business Here but I would neverrrrrrrr never Open An account In here!! Very Stupid System!
This branch although very friendly staff is usuallt short staffed and always a long line with 2 tellers only , Ive been here a few times and its always the same. My suggestion would to be hire more tellers , i have a line behind me with over 9 people frustated and angry 😠
Came in to cash in some change and it was unbelievable how slow Meranda helped us. Ive been to usbank plenty of times to do this exact thing and the rate at which she was moving to do it. With the line behind us. Its a wonder more people dont switch banks. Please explain to Meranda the importance of efficiency
The wait using the outside teller is ridiculously slow and the wait inside is no better... Theyre quick to take your money but slow to give it back to u... At least the staff is nice though...
Standing in line for over 30 minutes just to deposit a checkVery slow tellers. Only 2 when there is a huge line. One the worst branches anywhere. Avoid this branch. God aweful customer service.
Started my first account here when I was 16 and 18 years later have never had a reason to leave ,a special thanks to Don S always helpful and informative when needed.
Us bank everywhere is awful they lie to young people about how credit cards work and get you stuck with them. Also fraud dept will shut off your card and issue a new one that takes a week to get without notifying you and if you try to fix the problem they just talk to you immaturely and childishly. POS bank.
Not a very pleasant experience... Felt like I was treated like I didnt know what I was talking about...Very Poor customer service provided to me by Ms. Ramirez...You wont see me step foot in this branch again...
My husband and I came to the drive thru ATM and the machine took my husbands card. The machine then shutdown. When we came in the bank, we were told there was nothing they could do about it since the dont service the machine. Completely unprofessional and no sympathy for the matter.
Absolutely the worst bank to have for your business! Customer service is horrible. Theyre extremely slow and NEVER have change! This is the 7th time in 2 months theyve not been able to assist my business needs! This last time I waited in line 33 minutes to be told "sorry were out of quarters ". After I just saw the armored truck bring change in. Absolutely unacceptable!
As US Bank locations go, this one is not bad. They have a notary on staff who is almost always available. The tellers are all very polite, the lines are not usually long and they are generally very helpful. Its kind of funny reading the reviews of others. They all seem to complain about fees, and really silly things like charging you to cash a check when you dont bank there. Thats simply the silliest thing Ive ever read. Seriously people, get a clue. How do you expect a bank to stay in business? Most banks wont cash checks for you at all! They make no money for doing this for you. In fact, it costs them money and its nothing more than a courtesy to account holders. As far as the $0.25 fee for debit card use, thats just not true. The person who wrote that is miss-understanding something or maybe has a very basic account or service that Im not aware exists. Also, the 3 days to appear on your balance is not up to the bank its up to when the processor sends the charge thru. Pretty much any bank will tell you it can take at least 3 days, if they dont then they are lying to you.I have to defend US Bank. I have banked with nearly every other major bank in the country as well as with several small local banks and credit unions. US Bank has the shortest hold period for check deposits, the fewest ATM fees for me when I use my debit at a non-usbank machine, they even refund fees on my account because I have a premium account. Also, they have the best and most up to date conversion rates for foreign currency exchanges and the lowest fees for foreign transfers, check cashing etc. They also have wonderful vehicle loan rates, great small business checking and good line of credit rates that are fairly easy to qualify for. They arent perfect, but my previous main bank was Wells Fargo. Now that seriously sucked. If you are Joe Shmo with a weekly paycheck, debit card and never travel or do anything at all out of the ordinary I suppose Wells Fargo is fine. The first time I tried to deposit a large check for a construction loan, I realized they sucked. Actually, realized they sucked when trying to deposit a small check from a Canadian bank and realized the check amount almost didnt cover the fees!
