These people claim to make phone calls on Sunday when they are closed and deny claims based on these nonexistent calls. The people in there are rude and unable to spell their names based on interactions with them.

Been trying to call them for 4 days straight. The longest Ive been on hold was 87 minutes. Im actually on hold right now as we speak, and been on hold for 42 minutes as of right now. I understand its covid season (🙄but come on man, atleast give a call back option. I even called the actual ssi 800 number (non localand they cant help me, I requested a supervisor and never received a call back. They are keeping 43% of my check for child support. The case ended 5 months ago and child support (on my sidehastens 4 termination letters and rhey still take my income. At this point nobody knows where my money is even going. I know people are working from home with covid, but come on man do your jobs.

The people who work here have an IQ of less than a newborn baby they have no idea what they are doing about peoples SSI they need people at a higher intellectual level to work work here

Very quick service. Friendly atmosphere. They are very helpful and will do whatever they can for you. Im from a larger city and the difference between that social security office is huge.
