I would highly recommend banking at US Alliance in Wayne NJ. Jonathan and the staff there provide excellent customer service and a personal touch to banking that not easily found these days.

It was an exceptional experience when Leonardo helped me with my transactions. All my questions were answered and he even offered me with USAlliance product/service that I didnt know about. In the end, I opened 2 accounts. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend USAlliance to my friends and family.

You will not find an app that is consistently down like this one. Use it for direct deposit ONLY, then take the money out and put it in a bank where accessing your money isn’t a headache.

Long-time customer. Difficult to get anybody on the phone, so many issues on going. I liked the idea of being a member of a small credit union, but I am just constantly running into difficulties.
Jonathan Ramos and George Thomson are extremely unprofessional. This credit union does not care about its members, only cares about its bottom line. I think they might even be stealing from the company.
I needed to transfer some stock to my son. I needed a Medallion signature stamp. I called the main number and they told me that they have a few women in the Port Chester office had them. Angie called me and we set up a visit the very next day. Lisette helped me when I got there. They were both very helpful and kind. I appreciated it. I hope the Wayne Office opens soon. Not really a drive in guy. But I never had a problem with this bank online or in person.

Dont bank here. First Jersey was fine until USAlliance. They always have problems now and the service is slower. You have money there then cant access it due to an issue
I absolutely hate this bank!!!!! First Jersey was great, I was with them for nearly 8 years but since US alliance took over it is a disaster. The conversion process was horrible, no prior notice that all my information would change.The conversion took place on Friday and I got letters in the mail Saturday stating that my old debit card would no longer work. The website never allows me to login nor does it allow me to change/reset my password, there is always something wrong, the mobile app seems to work just fine though. My debit card says chip malfunction every time I attempt to use it. They have overdrafted my account numerous times in the 2 months since US Allicnce took over, and there was money in my accounts each time and they will not reverse the overdraft fees. They mixed up my personal accounts along with my joint accounts and they have yet to be corrected, they also converted my accounts improperly. And somehow that’s my fault. Lastly when you call customer service these people work in a call center and aren’t even bank employees and they aren’t even knowledgeable enough to answer all my questions. I am done with this bank I tried to give it a chance, I thought things would get better once they figured things out after the conversion but nothing has changed, it’s horrible.

I have been with this Credit Union since I started working at the post office for 31years... recently they were brought out by USAlliance and I have never had a problem with this credit union till now.... it was a good credit Union before now sorry to say it has disappointed me ...time to make a change
This credit union is absolute trash and now that they got bought out it’s even worse. The people there are rude and lazy. They have an attitude like the “doing you a favor “. Their website is also garbage that never loads up. Move your money anywhere but here.

Had a car loan at 9% for 6 years and they wouldnt waive some late fees even after knowing their website was not working right. Also didnt return phone calls in a reasonable time. I would never refer anyone to this credit union.
Long time generally satisfied customer. Beware of overdraft fees with no notification.
Pleasant atmosphere; fast, friendly service.
$420 in fees and you only receive notice weeks after the initial fee. Closed my account ASAP

Worst customer service ever they cashed my check without asking for ID like seriously.. They leave you at the drive thru for like 15 mins until they notice your there bunch of lazy workers...
Nice private member only bank very handy sadly a little issue with my pin and debt cards. But love the bank.
