Good place to do my nails, always busy, they good

Took my niece here by chance for her birthday to get her nails done. It was my first visit, and my last.Pros: Space is clean and spacious, well-lit, and the manicure was nice.Cons: The older lady who did her nails put me off from the moment I stepped into the nail salon to be honest, maybe because I didnt want to get my nails done too, or perhaps she was having a bad day? She made a remark when I signed my receipt that I did not appreciate. She did interact a bit with my niece, though.All in all, service can be better, but I will stick to other nail salons in the area that offer a more positive customer service experience.

I would highly recommend, Lesly did an amazing job with my nails.

My wife and sisters in law went in today, they waited roughly about an hour until it was their turn to receive their pedicure and manicure treatment. When it was their turn the Asian gentleman took another customer who came in after them (wife and in laws)even after the same customer informed the Asian gentleman that it was my wife and inlaws turn. Despite this he continued to take the other customer. Highly disgusted with him and this establishment they just lost four valuable and loyal customers.

This morning I called this nail salon to make an appointment for 12:30 PM. The woman who answered the phone, told me just to walk in. I asked again if I needed an appointment for a regular manicure and she told me, don’t worry we’re not busy. When I got there at 12:30, I was told they couldn’t take me because they were busy. I did mention my earlier phone call about making an appointment and they didn’t even apologize. Never again will I go to this nail salon. If you want to go here, make sure and insist on making an appointment. The only reason I gave them a 1, is that was the lowest rating I could give to write this review.

Its a hit or miss. Sometimes theyre great depending on how busy they are...other times service falls short and rushed. Also on Tuesdays theyre closed, this isnt updated on Google or website.

I love this place! I’ve been going there for a year now. I even moved to New Jersey and drive an hour for Tina! They’re all great and one of the best salons around for SNS powder. The prices are very reasonable

Such a bad Experience and really bad customer service I came here on September 4, 2021 and ended up getting dip powder because they had nobody to do acrylics fast forward to almost 3 weeks later today September 23, 2021 I went to go get the dip powder removed and redo my nails the so-called dip powder that they used on my nails took my nail technician over 45 minutes to take off even after she drilled it and soaked them in acetone multiple times the consistency was really slimy and almost had a rubbery glue consistency and would not come off until an hour later I have gotten dip powder before and have never had this happen to me so I called the salon to find out what they put on my nails and the woman that I spoke to was laughing at me over the phone basically told me that there wasn’t anything she could do for me at. I believe that they are using illegal MMA in the dip powder That is very illegal and bad for your health and I would not recommend this place save yourself the hassle and the pain.

Again can’t recommend this place enough!! Tina is the best!! You can always expect a well done job. I also gota pedicure for only $18!! I didn’t ask for gel.I received SNS.

Ask for Alinda for dip manicure and for pedicure my go to girl is Esther theyre awesome.

Cris removed my acrylic and let me tell you she’s the only tech to remove them carefully and painlessly. Truly a sweetheart and considerate. She suggested I do SNS because my nails are weak which I did. I use my hands a lot and so far so good, they haven’t cracked (1 week already).
