I hate having to deal with the online bookstore. Every semester its a new problem with my books. They take forever to respond and to help solve the issue. Very annoying

I have been waiting over THREE MONTHS for an item to come in. No updates , no nothing. This is insane. I ordered this a month before classes started to I could have it in time. The semester will likely be over before I receive what I needed .

I dont know whats going on, but the bookstore has a poor system. Ive sent two emails, called numerous times leaving a voice mail regarding my orders. I tried canceling the book orders, but my email request went unanswered. Another student called me today saying she received my book order and when my delivery came in today it was her text book. Question is whos getting paid to ignore student emails and why are they being paid to mix up someones book order. A HOT mess is what I see.

Open the Bookstore already. There is no reason you people should still have it closed when other colleges have open stores where you can walk in an buy stuff without waiting 3 weeks for your order to be fulfilled. This is absolutely ridiculous

Emailed them regarding an order a few days ago and never got anything back. Also tried calling and no one answered. I wont let my bad experience with a bookstore define my entire experience here at valencia like other reviewers. overall its been great. But in regards to the bookstore handling customer service, not so much. Valencia needs to address this issue. The west campus is their largest institution and serves the greatest number of students. This is obviously an issue affecting many.

waited almost 2 weeks to tell me my book was backordered. i have been trying to get in touch but their phone number is an immediate hold. i was notified via email and have been given no details. i need to get a refund to get the book since i need to buy it somewhere else for class but i cant get in contact with them, seems the only way to get anything done is driving over there in person. extremely disappointing service in every metric.

I wish I could give A ZERO! They lost my book with UPS 2 days before class, and I was notified it was sent back to sender, to a guy named ramos. I had to drive 40mins to the bookstore to pick it up. No one answers phones nor emails which they encourage you to use. I get there and 2 workers are just sitting on their butts not doing anything. I even called the number while waiting for them to get my book back, and heard no ring. Ridiculous! They didn’t even send me a receipt confirmation to my email so I can get reimbursement through my job! They give students a fake customer service number and direct you to a ghost email. With all this money you can do better Valencia, Hire representatives! I will NEVER buy another book from here.

HORRIBLE!!!! Sad to say I go to school here . The bookstore can’t even help you nor get back to your calls that you’ve been calling all week and no one answer or returned my calls. Ive emailed and emailed and NOTHINGGGG. At this point Im about to go to someone higher up because this is unacceptable. I’ve received the wrong book and can’t proceed in my class without the right book. Thanks alot bookstore

They never answer the phone, and they take weeks to handle a simple problem. Classes started, and I ordered my books two weeks ago, but I have yet to receive them.

More of the same. Called three times (10am, 11am, 2pmfor 4 consecutive days, still haven’t gotten a single person to answer the phone and or return my calls. I sent an accidental email to them meant for someone else and they DID respond to that one saying they couldn’t help me with that (obviously), but ignoring my other emails actually meant for them. At this point, I think it’s funny but so so sad.

If I could could give 0 stars I would because the poor communication these people have is ridiculous, They never answer the phone and never respond to any emails. They have kept me on hold for more than an hour and never pick up.

Dont give them your money. Even if youre using financial aid, just get the book from the manufacturer or Amazon. Actually the most pathetic service Ive ever seen. They do NOT respond to emails or answer the phones.

They never answer the phones. I ordered my books on 12/31 and I received an email saying im being refunded without any explanation. I have sent many emails and no one is responding. I have called many times as well and I am getting no response. Why is the bookstore open if youre not assisting the students? Its so rude.

I honestly am disappointed about the college I am enrolled in currently. Whenever I have an issue about my books and other orders, no one apart of the book store ever answers my calls, returns my calls, and never responds to my email. Its honestly hypocritical that they always say to reach out with any questions when no one responds to you.

Ive LITERALLY called more than 10 times, this is the reason Amazon and online business stores close these types of establishments...

Nobody answers the phone! They are there too someone accidentally picked it up and hung up on me. Im literally in jeopardy of failing my class because it takes forever to get your books!! I sent emails to everyone I can think of and still nothing! What the actual F is going on at Valencia?

My experience trying to buy a book this semester was horrible, nobody answers the phone, nor the emails and buying the book online does not work. What an ineffective staff.

Bad experience with the store

My experience at the campus bookstore was exceptional. I went to purchase my nursing uniform and the process was quick and easy. It was very clean and everything was super organized. Alanna was super helpful and guided me toward what i needed with ease. I also thought it was neat how much school spirit she had with her nails painted the school colors with the logo on it. I definitely recommend the west campus book store.

Worst customer service ever!

Terrible experience. They took more than 2 weeks to even process my purchase. Because of the delay I had to cancel it, but no one ever answered my emails. It has been more than a month now and I am still waiting for someone to contact me because their phone always goes straight to the mailbox. They have terrible customer service. Don`t waste money or time with it.

Terrible.... even more so now that its virtual. If you can find your material any other way, do so! Save yourself the headache and worry. Cant do the assignment when they havent sent my books ordered Sept 1, 2020 and NOTHING received yet....they wont respond to my calls or emails.

Not the best, I have to constantly double check their work to make sure I have the right versions of the books. They forgot half of my books before, and are very quick to say they don’t have it before they even check to see in the computer what book it is. Order online!!! Unless you’ve spoke with your professors about what specifically you need.
