Tonight going back to la I go in to purchase some water and use the bathroom for my long trip I literally run in in pain to pee and the cashier at the counter says I just got done cleaning when I asked to use the bathroom. Im literally shaking and pregnant in front of him and he still refuses to let me use the bathroom because he just cleaned it..... not because theyre closed not because I didnt buy some thing not because an actual reason but because he just cleaned it and that was his reason of why a pregnant lady could not use the bathroom and I had to run across the street to the Dennys thank God that they let me use the bathroom!

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give this place a minus star I would. We stopped by and filled up our tank NOT CHEAP and then tried to use the restroom. Shock- the front doors were locked even though they advertise "open 24 hours", the giant "OPEN" sign was lit and blinking and it was 8:30 in the morning. After knocking on the door repeatedly a worker came to the door and unlocked it...only to immediately tell us "the restrooms are closed." I asked why (flooded? No toilet paper? Someone lost the key?No she says they are closed and locked and if I have a problem with it to talk to her manager....who lives somewhere else." OK.....so we turned around....didnt buy coffee, water and snacks and will NEVER stop by this place again. Buyer beware~

I want there to buy a vape and I went home to try to vape and The vape wasnt working and then I tried to call they forward my calls

They have a real demon working there at night my daughter was running a little girl to use the bathroom she hurried up and locked her out I yelled at her and said hey that’s messed up she’s little she said oh well the water overflow just complete rude and disrespectful I will never ever spend any money here I quickly got her in the car and went to the other are several options in the area

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had at any gas station. Woman behind the counter was beyond rude and demanded we tell her what our pump number was and how much we paid in gas so she could verify we werent lying to her so we could use her bathroom. I told her my family was fueling two vehicles. She immediately said that I was lying to her and refused to let any of us use the restroom. I point out my brother pumping gas into the closest car and she denied it and said she didnt see anything on her system. Even after she admitted we were right she still tried to say only the person who pumped the gas could use the restroom. Ridiculous, go to one of the other gas stations in the area.

Very poor customer service. I attempted to use the restroom before pumping gas (long road trip!). Upon entering, gas attendant inside told me that restrooms were for customers only. I kindly told the attendant that I was planning on getting gas but needed to use the restroom first. The woman repeated that the restrooms were for customers only, this time with a more assertive tone and added that I needed to pay for my gas first…. I felt very unwelcome and and told her I would take my business elsewhere. The response from the attendant was a simple shrug. I travel up and down highway 5 often and will not purchase gas at this location in the future.

Gas is a bait and switch. a bargain price if you pay in cash. If not your going to be screwed

So i wanted use the restroom and get a gas so i went inside and approached a bathroom and the owner came in sir are you buying anything? no ? Sorry this is for customers only. I said i want to get a gas. O ok than you can use. I didnt use the bathroom i didnt got the gas from here. Instead went to the one cross the street. This is not Sanfrancisco where homeless people come in and use and abuse there bathroom. This is on highway 5 mostly people are there for reason. Stop this.
