Its a okay trailer park. The amount of giant pot holes holes is a bit ridiculous. There is what seems like 100 plus cats running around.Otherwise the people living here seem nice enough, they keep to themselves. I dont have many problems with them except for its annoying to navigate through the cars that park behind everyone, while trying to get past all the huge pot holes. Never talked to the owner of the lot, her and her husband do live here but are hard to get in touch with.

The property manager Christine and the actually owner of the park, are straight up rude. DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE! They constantly are spying on you and harassing you. Huge black mold problem and bug problem that they refuse to fix. The whole place needs to be condemned!

The roads are filled with nasty potholes that have been occasionally filled with gravel that lasts a month or so, but really thats about the only issue I have with this place.
