Alright prices. Great staff!!

Absolutely PACKED with a huge variety of food and supplies. Its a blast to just go in and wander around. Staff is very friendly, and they make a darn good sub too!

This store is amazing to shop and have a bite to eat.

Took a side trip driving across PA from Erie to the Philly area and stopped here for a snack. Nice store with very nice people. Wished I had more time to look around.

This is a delightful country store with a deli in the back. The food is always on point, and the stores selection of goods is surprising. Its a good place to pick up baking ingredients and tasty hoagies.

The deli meats and cheese and bacon were all less expensive at Van Wert Country Store then at Giant, Weis, or Karns. I also got some ham salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. I was waited on quickly. There is a large variety of items in the store, including some unique items. I was able to find and purchase sweet mustard (not honey mustardthere for my brother. The staff was friendly and helpful.

They are a great store but there is so .much stuff there they have Frozen food and all different types of other food they just have a variety of household stuff cleaning supplies dog food they just got everything there amazing some of the stuff you know might be price a little high but some of the stuff is bald so thats why but all in all its a great place.

I grew up in this county and this was a small, country cheese shop. Now it is a grocery store with a lot of stuff and very little cheese. Disappointed.

USA made wind chimes (a little priceyGreat selection of unique toys. Baby items & some baby/toddler clothes. Some hardware items. Amish brooms.Price label will have American flag if US made. Need to check each item as too many products are China 👎. Accepts credit cards, but has limited parking and limited hours. Products are a little more expensive here than other comparable local establishments.

Love this store! Great place to find unusual kitchen gadgets and unique toys. Where I like to buy my dry goods and some holistic healthcare products. They have everything you need for canning.

It is always a treat to visit the Van Wert store. They have all sorts of things you might need in your kitchen. Plus there are many ingredients for baking, supplies for canning and many other items. If you have not been there, you should go. You might find something you like.

I go there for baking supplies, they have a variety that is more than most stores, also they are fresh. They have a little bit of A LOT of things, also a small deli to fresh make your sandwiches.

This was the first time in the 13 years Ive lived in Mifflintown that Ive visited the store. It was lovely. Had alot of different, quaint, items for sale.

I like the place it has everything that you need I like the Homemade Bakery like the lunch meat prices I like when I have homegrown vegetables in that kind of stuff is great

What can I say but WOW! They have a little bit of everything in their very large store. A bit pricey though but that didnt stop me. Great fresh home made pastries. Yummy

We were out for a drive and found this very nice store....had a great visit and spent at least an hour shopping......so many great bulk items and we made some good buys...we plan to visit again, most definitely!

Stoped innfor the first time today, what great store. All kinds of unique food products , with a very nostalgic feel. Staff friendly and prices were very reasonable. Nice experience worth the trip off beaten path.

I was blown away walking into this store! They seem to have "a little bit of everything", in addition to other things that one might think are not possible!Nonetheless, they have a lot of very high quality items that are competitively priced. Granted, some of the items are expensive; however, when you factor in the quality (and in some cases, the quantity), youll see that the item(sthat you want are well worth the purchase!

You can find nearly ANYTHING here. Dry goods, toys, books, grab a little lunch, get a few groceries, decorating items - its crazy how much is packed in this building! Service could be a bit friendlier, but theyre nice enough folks, and definitely work hard!

Very nice employees behind deli and lady at cash register. Deli has great prices. Shelves and aisles are full. Prices in those aisles are more expensive than typical country stores like this that Ive been in. Variety of subjects in this store. 3 stars due to higher prices and no baked goods to speak of. Yet, store as is has no to very little room for baked goods.

This place is a hidden gem of all sorts of stuff. Great place for kitchen utensils up to canning needs and everything in between, very friendly and helpful staff.

Great place to pick up a surprisingly wide variety of items and food. Has great tea, spices, and even Vitamins and Supplements, all priced reasonably. The meats and cheeses are the best, also priced reasonably. Tons of raw ingredients to make just about anything you could want. Id shop here over the Weis store any day.

Constantly stopping in here for this and that. They have a great selection of dry goods at great prices! And the staff is so sweet!
