We found the parts we was needing for the job. Most of the time we do. Their prices are pretty decent too.

The man in charge of the U-Haul side of Ace gave my rental to another woman and charged my card for her rental. Although, he did do a "reversal" and my card was credited for the amount. It was the principle that had me frustrated. Aside from prices being somewhat high, they do have a good product selection and friendly customer service.

Excellent service, they went out of their way to help me find what I needed. Eye screws to hang up a swing set for my grandchild. Let me use tools to tighten the brakes on my bike. I would have had to buy the whole set if he had not done that. Clean & isles neatly kept.
