Traded in for a new IPhone in Tremonton and it couldnt finish backing up from the old phone, so I kept both phones- later could not get it to even try backing up and was near this Verizon at the time- went in, it was going good. I had a young man, probably about 25 start helping me go through the iCloud backup and process again- long story short I wasn’t able to get anything backed up, so I just asked to have it activated from the old one for now- the phone would not activate and it was nearing closing time- (at this point, neither phone was working(also, was on a plan with my mother who’s out of the the countrythe kid that was helping us no longer wanted to figure this out due to closing time and instead- swapped me and my mothers phone number so it appeared to be “working” and now she is without an activated phone in a foreign country.We left, didn’t find out until 30 min after. Ended up back in tremonton the following morning and was finally taken care of.Will never be returning back to this store.

They dont help with much not worth the time to go into that verizon store

Cody Smith, Austin Bouchard, Logan Munk from the 12th Street store in Ogden we’re extremely helpful, kind, professional and straightened out my issues. Cody had to deal with Corporate and she was extremely rude to him, in front of me and I was shocked. These gentlemen have restored my confidence with Verizon great customer service!! Thanks guys!

They have very bad severic when I walk in They ignore me and when I was looking at the phones they came to me and they say to go help that women and I just left I will never come back

Got my grandson a iPhone at another store. When we tried setting it up it failed. We brought it to this store and they fixed us right up. Savannah did a great job and Billey got his first iPhone!

I am so impressed by how patient and professional the staff is at the Ogden 12th St. Location. Both Cody and Austin are knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I highly recommend them both.

Im having problems getting adjusted to my nre phone. I went in for some help getting useless apps off. Spencer helped me and couldnt have been nicer.5 stars for Spencer .

I bought a new phone from Verizon, which I love. When I got home, I had a difficult time remembering things about my new phone. I waited a few days, then deciding I needed help I went in. I went in to this store earlier today to upgrade my iPhone and switch over to Verizon. Austin Bouchard is a great consultant! Made the transition from carrier to carrier go by smoothly. He’s professional as can be and easy to work with. Keep up the good work, man!

Dylan Kay is one of the best employee and person I’ve met! Had my phone ran over by a tow truck and he had me upgraded and with a new phone and plan within 30 minutes! Top tier performance and 100% going to him with all my phone needs! Had a smile on his face the whole time and left there feeling completely satisfied and I recommend that you go to him! We laughed the whole way through! If management reads this then I believe this man deserves a bonus or a raise! 10/10 in my book! Great man, and even better at his job! Thanks Dylan!!!

I had a great experience getting a new phone with Aireal. I am not tech savvy (i.e., I had to get a new phone because my 6-year-old phone died), so I was heavily reliant upon Aireals wisdom & guidance. I love my new phone and would recommend this Verizon store to all.

He is fantastic!!!Not only did he spend far more time with me than I deserve, but he made the experience enjoyable by carrying on conversation and making me laugh through the process.This guy knows phones, he knows the plans and he is a communication expert! Not once did I feel pressured into buying anything and he made me feel like I was the only customer in a busy store full of people.Im one that normally handles business online but after working with Dylan, I will make it a point to run to 12th street and work directly with him. Do yourself a favor and ask for him - youll know its Dylan because he has a cool style and vibe to match.To his boss... hopefully youre reading this because Dylan deserves a raise and a pat on the back! There were multiple people that came in and requested Dylan during the time that I was with him and he handled it like a boss. Plus, there were others that came in waiting for service and he still managed to direct them without making me feel like he was splitting his time. Connor and Dylan are the best. I would have given this store 1 star but Dylan and Connor were so amazing. The store itself is not a corporate store which I find a bit misleading since their name is not anywhere displayed on the building as it should. If youre going to go there, just make sure you speak with Dylan OConnor as they were great

Managers and supervisors of Verizon. GIVE MY MAN DILLON KAY A PROMOTION. Dude not only gave amazing customer service but had me laughing (appropriatelyduring my visit. He made what I thought would be a difficult and impossible situation easy and actually enjoyable. He was also well dressed and very knowledgeable. 5 stars plus.

Roderick the store managers customer service was fantastic. He transfered everything over from both phones. He also installed the screen protectors and cases and was very professional and helpful. Its very clear why he is the manager!

Recently upgraded to the Motorola Edge due to my other phone being fried. Dylan went above and beyond to ensure all my apps and everything was transferred over. I was very impressed!!! Dylan will definitely be my go to guy from now on!!

I needed a new phone but put it off for a long time because the process is usually a pain in the behid. I had the pleasure of having Dylan Kay assist me with the process, and it was actually the most enjoyable phone experience Ive had. He was very knowledgable, kind and resourceful and helped me get everything transferred to my new phone. 20/10 would reccomend.

Verizon company as a whole is garbage. I switch from T-Mobile and I dont know how many times I have had trouble trying to get my rebates. And then on the last day right before they validated my rebates they said they cannot process them and this location specifically. I waited a half hour just to see someone and then I get up there and the guy is just a yes guy and offers me no help on my account. I cant wait until my phone is paid off because I am leaving in this company as soon as I can worst cell phone company I have ever dealt with. I wish I could give these guys a negative theyre just that bad.

Worst service I have ever had( salesmen Washington). FIrst of all i was there for over 3 hours, then at the time to pay out the salesmen tells me that for each line there is a setup fee 30$/line. This is not an activation fee but a fee for him setting up the phones. He only set up one phone and i had to set my own up as well as a watch too and he charged me 60$ and he did nothing on them. Also I was looking at my monthly bill and what it was going to be he put me on a 90$ dollar plan and I asked for the basic plan which he quoted me 70$. Agian worst service from this guy.

We are so glad about our visit to Verizon the other day! We visited on Halloween, and drove 50 miles to get here (our closest Verizon was closed due to the holiday— and it was really worth it. The customer service we got from Rod was amazing🙌 Rod was very thorough and detailed in going over the difference of each plan, and in telling us the features of each phone we were interested in. We appreciate so much Rod’s professionalism in informing us all we need to know, and we are so thankful for the generous time he spent in ensuring that every single thing we had in our old phones was moved to the new phones. The superb quality of customer service that Rod naturally delivered exceeded our expectations. He went the extra mile, and we want to say our sincerest thanks to Rod!

You guys! You have to go to this Verizon and ask for Dylan. I have never had such a awesome time buying a phone. He knew exactly how I wanted and I wanted to skip the drama buy the phone and be out of there with no delays. He was so awesome. To who ever is Dylan’s Boss.. this guy deserves a raise.

If Washington is your sales guy, then literally run from the store. I have never had worse service in all my life. At one point I was looking at the two other associates and begging for help. Nothing was explained and when I asked him to I received blank stares. My son was with me for an upgrade on his phone, thankfully my son ended up doing Washington’s job and we walked out with a phone.

Gabe helped us as soon as possible and immediately went to work on finding us the best plan to switch over from Sprint. He broke down all info incredibly well and answered every question we had. Gabe was 100% interested on finding the most efficient and affordable plan for us. Never forced any options on us and worked very very quickly. I’ve always dreaded having to deal with switching plans, phone upgrades or just going to phone stores in general, but we were all more than satisfied with the outcome and amount of time our experience took!

Brian was such a great help to me! Just earnest concern and care, and helped me find the simplest fix for my problem. Never tried to sell me anything I didnt need, just helped me troubleshoot my problem, and I didnt get charged a dime. Great service. Bless these people!Couldnt figure out how to write a new review, but thank you to Braulio who helped me pinpoint the problem with my phone in a very friendly and helpful manner. Had to get a new phone because my google pixel died. Worked with Kristopher Crandall who was an excellent sales representative.He listened to my needs and got me a phone that matched what I was looking for instead of trying to sell me the most expensive thing he could. He was kind and courteous and checked in on me afterwards to make sure everything was going great. Loved his personality and energy.He also worked very hard to make sure my old phone was able to transfer everything to my new phone and used several different ways to get everything. Even though my old phone was glitching and restarting constantly he was patient and made sure I was completely satisfied.

I had such a fantastic experience with Nathan Hamel! I came in to your store after having a less than stellar experience at another CS store. Nathan couldn’t have been kinder or more professional. He didn’t try talking me into or out of anything. He listened, responded and helped me get just exactly what I wanted. Even though I live near other CS stores, you all earned me as a customer because of his excellent service!

Best customer service!Starting back in June I had some fraud charges on my Verizon account. I originally went to the Verizon store in Riverdale and was told that that they had caught it and I would not be charged for anything. Well that was not the case. I then went to Verizon (Cellular Salesin Ogden and spoke with Jay Dee to try to figure out how to get the charges taken off. This is where the next few months of back and forth with the fraud department and customer service center began. Jay Dee spoke with numerous people that continued to forward him to someone else to deal with the matter and was told several times that the issue had been resolved when it hadn’t. My phone was eventually shut off for non payment of the fraud charges and again he was back on the phone with customer service. After several hours of explaining the situation Jay Dee was able to finally get them to credit my account and stop the charges. He spent so much time making things right instead of simply sending me to someone else and I appreciate all his efforts. Because he was so helpful I decided to upgrade to a new phone and am very pleased with it. This is a true example of great customer service and I would happily refer everyone to Jay Dee in the future! Thank you Jay Dee!

What an AMAZING team especially Brian! My mom went in after being on hold with tech support and being shuffled from person to person on one of Verizons customer service lines. No one could explain to her how to switch over to her new phone. Finally in frustration she headed to the store. They were so kind, did not talked down to her, greeted her right away, and had the transfer done in just a few minutes. You have customers for life with our family. We are done doing things over the phone with tech support and will just go straight to this store! Well done!

I appreciate the professionalism and attention to my concerns that were exhibited by Jordan, his supervisor, and the other young man working when I visited this store. I came in with having a very negative experience from another location and these young men made sure that I had a complete positive experience from beginning to end. Jordan was amazing to work with, very personable and made my experience a perfect 10! My family will take all of our cellular needs to him and highly recommend this location.

He was personable, attentive, and clearly cared about doing the best job he possibly could, and providing us with a good experience. My visit to this location heralded easily the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Alex Christensen took any stereotypes about salespersons and completely demolished them, doing his best to provide the cheapest, easiest, and best deals and products he could. He let me in on decisions regarding the entire process, being extremely helpful and patient the entire time. Upon purchasing my new phone, Alex went that extra step to make absolutely certain my screen protector went on with no dust, no bubbles, and no damage. I wish there was a rating beyond five stars, because my experience here was marvelous. Absolutely recommend this location, and especially Alex.
