MoreI walked into this store and 5 minutes later I left and went to another Verizon location to give them my business. I left because the sales representative at this location was curt, impersonal, and lacked basic customer service skills. I would highly recommend that he get some training to improve his service offer or seek another job where he does not need to interact face to face with customers.
MoreAgent least interested in servicing. Messed up my account. I asked him to add a new line to my account. But he deactivated the existing line and assigned the same number to the new phone. I had visit Verizon store to fix it.
MoreI have a prepaid service and I wanted to go into purchase a new phone. Now I understand that I must pay full price for the phone. I had not one but two associates tell me the this same thing in a span of 5 minutes as Im trying to look at the phones. The second one actually told me I should go look online or at Best Buy to find a better price. Wow. Very patronizing experience.

MoreJust the worst experience ever. I needed to pay a bill for my father who lives out of town. First the door was locked upon my arrival at 8:46pm.I let the store personnel know what I needed and provided the number. He stated because the account was a prepaid phone he could only accept cash. I immediately said since when because I had been to several locations and was never told that. I left initially because that didnt seem correct to me. But i turned around and said ok because of the dire situation.I gave the personnel the cash in hand which he didnt return the change in my hand. I made the comment to him asking if thats how he was returning my change. He mumbled some words. I stated ok.What happens next.... I paid $40 initially because I didnt the amount and the account was requesting a pin. He told me $40.75 and I handed him another $20.He tried to explain to me how to pay the bill thru my phone. I explained to him I would have done that instinctly but I dont have Verizon thats why I visit the stores.I then ask him if he was giving me my .25. He got frustrated or mad and started slamming stuff like was wrong for asking. He then throws a dollar bill back on the counter. MoreEduardo (Eddie, Store Manager), went above and beyond to get me on the phone that matches my needs and day to day use and abuse, got me the best plan I can have with Verizon (based on his suggestions), and his service was superb during my visit, he helped me to get out of the poor Network and customer service of T-Mobile. Had my phone for over 8 months and still happy with the network, plan and service. I have the unlimited plan, 15Gb hotspot on phone and 15 Gb on myfi, insurance, protection plan and more. Thank you Eddie.

MoreSTAY AWAY......GO TO A VERIZON CORP. STORE AS STATED IN THE BELOW COMMENT. Why does GoWireless not display their company name on the storefront or inside the store? Why do they not display their business license in the proper place for us the consumer to see? Why do they have so many complaints with the better business bureau? We found out last night how shady and untruthful this company is. Our salesman Eddie represents the company he works for well. I will leave it as being dishonest to make a sale. We had a free upgrade on a phone so Eddie brought out one phone and never any others to give us options. He also did not ask if we wanted a free phone or if we wanted to upgrade and pay the differance. We liked the phone and he said it was free. Eddie said with the new plan we would save 30.00 on our bill a month. When I asked if it was a new two year contract he said no, no, its month to month. All was well until we got home and pulled out the paperwork that Eddie put in an envelope and into the bag. Needless to say on the very last page, the phone was not free and it listed the monthly payments for this now 600.00 phone! There was also a new two year contract that we were assured by Eddie was month to month. The phone was returned today and the contract is no longer valid....we will see if they really did nullify the contract!
MoreI just called to check if new note 7 is in store yet, because I heard that this first device had a recall and now my device is getting hot and cant open any app, its getting blank every time i try to open the app. the lady picked the phone up and talking so rude and she didnt wanna help me in giving me any info , she kept saying I dont know in a rude way, then she hung up on my ear while am on the line. If my device get on the fire like others she will pay for it.

MoreI was in this store once to buy a prepaid plan for an existing phone. They wouldnt sell it to me unless I bought a phone. Eventually I got it elsewhere. Today I went to buy a phone at full retail price. They wouldnt sell it to me. I called Verizon customer service both times and they said that was crazy. They said the salespeople dont make commission on a phone without an installment plan so that is probably the reason. So this store is interested in sucking money from people, not customer service.

MoreWell after guy in store called me a liar and told me you cannot bring an unlocked phone to verizon. I just bought my sim card called verizon on phone and activated it. Whomever the smart a** is I didnt catch his name. I hope you lose your job uneducated degenerate.

MoreStephan did a wonderful job in setting up two new lines for my verizon account. He showed me how we could buy 2 new phones but save overall on our monthly bill. He worked very hard to accomplish this and I am most appreciative. Other people in the store were involved in the transaction and they were also very helpful. I highly recommend this store.
