Verizon Authorized Retailer - Russell Cellular in Greenup County

They refused to help me in switching my phone number and accepting the trade in. There excuse was that they are a franchise under Verizon name and products. They referred me to stop in a corporate Verizon Location. That’s contradicción to what the customer service told me on the phone. How can a representative from Verizon told me that I can return the trade in cellphone and that the associates can help me to switch my phone number and when I get to that store the associates says they can’t do that ??? That’s Poor / bad customer service anyway.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. But count on there too do anything besides major there own selves happy

The women who helped us was nice. Although, she did not give us the option to have a business account after we talked to her for two hours about our business. I later found out about how much cheaper the business account was. She also added insurance on our devices without asking us, we use apple care and did not need it.

Honestly one of the most professional impatient people I have ever met. The staff was very helpful and actually knew how to fix my problems unlike the branch in Portsmouth. He even knew how to do things that were on the phone itself and not the Verizon plan which speaks miles about how professional these guys are.

We had gone to Walmart first to purchase our phone. Thinking we would get a better deal. The company rep wasn’t there so headed to the Verizon store. While at Verizon we were welcomed as soon as we entered. Kayla was very helpful making our upgrade and purchases in a timely manner and at a price we were surprised to get. She was a joy to work with. If you ever need a phone from Verizon be sure to look her up.

They were rude to my family when we went in. Their plans are way to expensive to justify starting service with them. I personally feel that you will get better service at sprint in the Radio Shack around the corner!
