By far the worst Verizon store in the world, no one greets, they just sit down and look at you until you walk up to them to ask a question, then when you ask a question they CANT help... There is no point in the store even being there if the employees WONT help the customers... Being referred to go back to whatever store you got the phone from isnt help... smart answers because you dont want to be bothered is not help... I wouldnt refer anyone to this verizon store... Because the customer service SUCKS...

Bought a tempered glass from Verizon and went to Russell to have installed since they are contracted for Verizon i do most of my business there because i live in camilla, well they broke a 50 $ brand new glass and refused to replace it i work hard for my money and i dont appreciate how i was treated. Needless to say i will go to the Verizon in Albany at least they take care of their customers.
